So What I understand is Live Streaming is 100% revenue goes to LVCG?

I believe it's 100% of NON Korean streaming goes to KPE (50% owned by LVCG) - unless anybody can correct that?

I have always said I'll get out when I break even, which I still believe I will, but I'm not expecting it to come from COVID tests - it'll be Phasefocus and other uses for Paraytec that will do it - how many more times!!

The stats are very clear - reported infections, hospitalisations and deaths are all falling away in the UK, however awful this still is for many vulnerable people - who have my sympathy.
How long before other nations follow the lead of the UK? That's the hard question you have to answer - and for those countries who want to remain super tight on restrictions how many other forms of test and vaccine policy do they already have by now?

SP movement today is well worth a study....
It's topped out a bit with the spread being tested at 4/4.2 - nearly 10% up on the day.
It immediately draws out some seller with wobbly legs. This is the risk when the price shows signs of a spike.
The good news is that the volumes don't look like block sells, more a PI or two.

Google BTC to USD and compare to OBC share price.
I always say how wrong that is because we're not into BTC, but it's how the wider sector seems to flow.

It is an absolute ideal to get regular manageable steps day after day - much better than a spike that drags in the traders and unwanted volatility.
I'm very happy to see this progress gently and steadily each day.

At the start of the year it was 3.05 - now we're trading at 4.
30% rise in just over a month ain't too shabby :-)

I wasn’t suggesting they got shares for free! Of course they will pay 5p per share to exercise the warrants! My point is that they WILL take that option If the SP passes 5p as it will represent an immediate % profit for them to sell straight on.
For example if the price hits 6p that’s 20% profit on 5p paid….
Fact remains they hold 20m shares now and the warrant takes it to 31m shares. That’s an overhang as the share passes 5p that you can’t erase from history :-)
I still hope there’s an opportunity as you suggested before to bulk transfer to a longer term holder off market or for LVCG to fund their repurchase rather than see those shares hit the open market.

I can't speak for his/her older posts, so no beef either way there.
I have great faith in this company making us all some good returns, but appreciate the cashflow has been an issue and hence inviting Monecor in. I know how the Monecors of this world operate and they won't be waiting for 7-8p, they will start to offload as soon as this shows a % return and at 5p they get another 11 million shares - so we have 31 million shares to clear at either 3.5p or 5p cost price - that has to form an anchor on our upward trajectory (at least to an extent).
My estimation (and it's only my estimate) is that we can clear that overhang by the end of 2022 and with a fair wind get to 10p. I would absolutely love to be wrong to the upside!
In the mean time I have gone in big between 3.0p and 3.3p since the placing in November so my total average is now just over 3.5p. I'm really positive about being at this level.

Not all AIM companies have several placings to watch out for and in this company 2 lots of recent placings are a valid concern. Most of us invested BEFORE placings happened, so the idea that investment was done before homework is a bit naughty of you.
This company has used placings because it's in a tight financial condition, which is fine if they make a profit but that still means the investment house that provided the funds will want their return and it will come before PI's get full value in the long term.
Not necessary to disrespect some valid concerns.
