Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) announces its audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, highlights of which are set out below:

You see, the clue is the sale of the Pharm2Pharm and the RMS share..... the exceptional one-off profit was paid out as a dividend and IS NOT an ongoing profit on our current portfolio.

From Monday 15th November:

· Income of £3,364,000 (H1 2020: £895,000);
· Profit of £2,533,000 (H1 2020: £402,000);
· Earnings per share of 4.85p (H1 2020: 1.21p);
· Uplift in valuation of PhaseFocus Holdings

· Funds raised in the period totalling £2,500,000

The price is where the price has been for the last few days - it needs something to move it - maybe like a MEANINGFUL RNS, not another update on testing.
Seller can't make anything at this price and PI's aren't keen to buy.

Might be a leftfield idea, but if DC bought back the Monecor shares and bought out the warrants with the profit from the Kpop concert, that would solve all sorts of issues - it would give us a purely LTH investor base with less shares in circulation, so there would be step change in SP for us too.

In the main having a large shareholder is a good thing - like DC here for example. Monecor are not here for the long term dream though - they facilitate placings and take their small profit, rinse and repeat.
I'm curious whether they'll look to drip feed from say 4p or hold to a target price and then move in bulk. One for DC at the investors catchup..... the good news is that their 20m shares have a market value of £700k at 3.5p and only £1M at the full 5p so can be cleared quickly if there's a wider audience.

You're right, of course, the low free float acts like a booster - and there's no recent placing looking to sell quickly as there is with so many other AIM stocks I hold, so in theory there's nothing to hold this back.

Not being negative - just realistic:
4p would be good news and certainly overdue given the newsflow, but I'm still aware Monecor took 11 million shares at 3.5p a couple of months ago - what's their appetite for making a quick buck or will they hold for the longer term? Remember there's an overhang at the 5p placing still to materialise too - along with warrants available at 5p.
Clearing the Monecor overhang will cut the anchor ropes on this one

I suppose it's hard to keep evangelical ramping after all that has gone on with placings and sells.

Casper and Sharebel seem to have melted away after giving some of us abuse in 2021 for trying to rein them in....

The Chambers clan don’t advertise to the investor market, they use Twitter. Most AIM dudes are looking for headline grabbing plays, quick wins and short term trades. Unfortunately there’s too many who just see “Crypto” and buy and sell with BTC movements and don’t understand the OBC book value or going concerns.
To get the re-rate we need an attention grabbing profit or dividend.

It's a deep rabbit hole for the rest of us.

This is important - lots of the negative sentiment has been around whether this concert will take place - a recent poster on here suggested just that. If the German system loosens restrictions we're absolutely all clear :-)
