This MB has generally been a good place for info and to exchange views.
I don't begrudge Tintin his views, we're all entitled to them - but I might take him seriously if he could actually debate them properly, and explain why he has come to this company's MB to say it's an absolute dog and it's concert won't happen.
MB10 and I have had a difference of opinion on how much we feel this company is undervalued by and I think agreed to disagree after at least having a reasoned debate - that's how these things should work in my opinion.
So Tintin - try explaining your doomsday opinion sensibly to us.

Hereshopin - we've covered this many times: some people will go down the "retirement fund" route or the "covering losses elsewhere" route...whatever possibility makes them feel better.
For me it's more likely that there's no immediate good news coming so best to sell 18p shares at a profit. When somebody so closely connected to BRH does so it should be sending a strong signal to the rest of us.
I don't want to see a placing and not 100% sure it will happen but we have to see this as a strong possibility now - it's happened before (Mid 2021).
There is only one form of price manipulation happening here and it's driven by TB and his clan.

I stick by my top up on Friday because we're on the seabed now at 18p - that puts TB and FAB at break even for the last placing. This still has chance to move up on positive news, but it needs a positive news story, not bland RNS on further testing timetables and then sells like this.

Yes, we know - it's been happening across January.
There's some sensible posters on here who are realistic about what's been happening. It doesn't bode well for that barnstorming RNS any time soon. I am hoping that 18p represents the bottom as this was the placing price that FAB etc. paid

And Chavi will be here again telling us it's been manipulated :-(

That's how I see it. It also means my exit price (to wipe my nose) just fell to where we were at the new year.

There hasn't been a sale of Autins shares.
The RNS was a reduction of holdings notification because Autins diluted their shareholders in December.

Hereshopin made a great observation when you think about it - why buy a tranche in a company at 22.02p per share, then 1 month later let that company raise more at 20p a share and not participate?

My bad donotpanic - Todamoon was right - the RNS is a reduction in holdings because 1 month after BRH bought 11% of Autins they did another separate placing and as a result of BRH not taking part the share of Autins was diluted.
I have no idea why it took so long to report it!

RNS October 11th - BRH bought over 11% of Autins Group for an aggregate of 22.02p
The RNS today shows a disposal in December so they now hold only a bit over 8% - this is a disposal notice, but very late!

That would be a share buyback Scoter?
this is BRH using its own funds to buy Autins, then sell at a small loss 2 months later. The funds returned at a small loss are still in BRH's coffers - could be a fund for a small dividend to prop the SP up?
Could be because they need more money for Paraytec development and daren't do another placing?
