I'll be fair to them. The number of RNS and the investor presentations here are better than any other AIM share I've come by.
I do question why we get small Bricklive RNS stuff and not the big fat KPOP news, but I'm patient enough to wait for the end of July once everything is out there.

I don't normally follow other investors but in your case I too have invested in a case of 4.9% German beer.

I can't wait for the slightest dead cat bounce to move this to 13p and these two will self-combust with excitement.

I would urge you to be careful on that maths PrivateRyan - that assumes DC meant bottom line distributable profit.
I wait for the financials because I think he meant gross profit on the events this year. Once you take off all the liabilities, debts, remuneration, overheads etc etc we don't yet know how much bottom line there is to attribute to shareholders - that's the number you have to apply a PE ratio of 10 to to get MCAP.
DC is an employee as well as a shareholder - he can get great personal returns through the indirect cost part of the P&L, and have less filter to shareholders if he so desires - I don't think he will, he talks about wanting to get the SP up, but it's still a risk for now.
I do agree when we see this info we will have a much increased valuation, but better, it'll be based on some hard numbers.

I agree with your sentiment MB10 and yes, there's repeat business here which makes this a compelling turnaround longer term.
but I would change your use of the word profit to revenue.
I don't dispute the revenue will be great compared to previous years because of Bricklive and Frankfurt, but without the financials we have no idea how that money filters down to the bottom line, or indeed IF it ever does - that's how shareholders derive value of course.

I do - if you think about it it's easy to explain - just not what we want to see.
1) The economy is shattered - look at the FTSE
2) There's only bad news coming in last year's figures
3) We're STILL waiting for the financials around Frankfurt
4) COVID panic has started up again
5) The 13p spike was just that - in fact the SP is UP from 3p to 6.7p in 6 months on the back of better business. 13p was the Twitterati messing us up

@armagedon - I reckon you are talking sense. I think Trevor bought a few because he thinks this is the floor - he's miscalculated a bit with 14p purchases, but buying at 11p should be safe enough, after all he's made a fortune on this already - he can wait and the market is truly terrible at the moment.
The MCAP is now just level with net book value, so there's only one long term direction if Phasefocus continues to grow.
Paraytec is a dead parrot.
I've always said I'll hold for Phasefocus sale - that'll generate a spike and my exit from this shower. I had hoped I'd see high 20's to break even, but I think now I'll play it by ear and if something leftfield causes a movement I'll take my chance.
Obviously once Phasefocus has been sold there's nothing left here at all, so be wary. That's just my view.

You've really hit the jackpot with this company! I know the shareprice might be showing a fall from 34p to 11p in just under 6 months, I know that the share price reflects the balance sheet right now and that cash income is almost £nil.
But don't be fooled chaps! You've bought those golden tickets and you'll be buying yachts in just a few short weeks with all that profit, only CX300 can save the world. Don't worry about that red number in your portfolios - it's all a big misunderstanding.

Should just clarify I'm disregarding the effect on the P&L - it makes the headlines look good.
I'm accepting the re-valuation of the assets on the balance sheet, and still according to BRH themselves as of year end the company is worth £6.6M, of which £4.7M is the assets themselves, the rest is cash which will be spent over the next 12-18 months on BAU.
This is still only our existing MCAP, so 11-12p a share is fair value accepting that re-valuation.

I am going to disregard the re-valuation of an investment for 2 reasons:
1) I don't know how to trust that valuation until we actually get a sale of asset
2) It matches almost exactly the £2.6M they raised in share placement in the year

In other words they tapped PI's for £2.6M - added it to the carrying value of assets. In the mean time they got naff all actual income and spent £1.4M
