Last year's results as promised. The stuff on 2022 not out yet, but as per their RNS I expect end of July if not before.
Last year's results are interesting - improved revenues on 2020 and a tiny gross profit on activities
Obviously even though overheads have been reduced there's still a loss, but it's much lower than 2020.
As far as I can see if LVCG maintain their overhead levels then a gross profit of £3.4M on a combination of KPOP and Bricklive alone will deliver positive bottom line.

Now - what can we estimate for 2022? This is my early stab and up for debate, no doubt I'll have missed something...
There's a total of £1.5M borrowings at the end of May 22, and operating costs of about £3.5M so I'd expect DC to want that paying off before any retained number to shareholders so I think the target for us to see a shareholder return is minimum £5M gross profit.
DC has suggested famously earlier in the year profits equal to M/C - when M/C was £7M.
In that case I see a positive £2M bottom line for 2022 if he's correct.
P/E of 10
M/C of £20M
SP just over 10p
This doesn't allow for extra revenue activity, which we anticipate.
For 2023 if you include O2 and Formula E alone then you're way past that and so the 20p longer term SP is minimum fair value. 7/8 KPOP concerts would just keep adding things up.

I agree with your sentiment Ryan - yes, it's tedious.
The problem is that I fear mud sticks and de-rampers who post the same rubbish on repeat can cause issues, clogging the board anyway but also blinding any new reader to reality - there is a need to call them out and debunk their flaky opinions IMO.

I agree - the 5-6p corridor was always going to be an anchor because of the outstanding warrants, but with last years worse results soon to be buried I think this is a long haul upwards now.
I have a large exposure here so won't be topping up lots more, but share your view.

I don't disagree that the SP "could" go above 20p some time in the future, but it needs a catalyst above and beyond hopes and prayers. I await something concrete to judge.
And lest we forget we were at 34p start of 2022, so a return to 20p isn't exactly "buy a new yacht" territory for most of us.
The Paraytec babble never stops on here despite the company admitting the COVID bit is done and dusted - the future for CX300 is 12-18 months away and is with bladder cancer and sepsis applications.
The only value carried as an investment by the company is Phasefocus - it is only this which gives us any chance of a rise.

It's really disturbing that somebody makes such an effort to argue with everyone on a good board, post a load of scaremongering without any foundation, even down to swearing and CAPSLOCK - when they aren't even invested.
Obviously it makes them look like paid de-rampers, coming along just before the news, but that would be cynical of me, wouldn't it? ;-)

maybe so, but nobody in their right mind thinks the Chinese will pop over to Barnsley for the miracle test - they'll handle it themselves.

I think the same about releasing good news in a formal and consolidated way rather than piecemeal when the market is struggling. There's lots of components to the KPOP revenue model and there's more activity being discussed.
I look forward to a proper analysis released with the broker note in one big hit rather than dropping little snippets in an attempt to hold up a short term spike caused by other factors.

it's an open request of shareholders that they allow directors to issue a huge chunk of share equity - for any value over nominal (2p?) - to anyone - at any time - for any reason.
Which means hands in cookie jars if TB wants to take back control at another knockdown rate.

Good post - worth allowing as many as possible to see what's up.
Remember it was a bit of a surprise when they got a NO to the issuing of shares on a non pre-emptive basis. I was very cross to see it re-appear on the next AGM agenda so soon.

I have to be fair all ways - the MCAP is £11.2M at the current price folks.
The LSE board is out of date - there are 182M shares in issue at 6.15p

Here's a thought for you folks..... when the EGM a couple of months back failed to pass the resolution allowing free issue of shares it bent TB's beak.
The AGM now features the same motion again, but this time he has more shares to vote...... nobody seems to have thought about that yet.
Watch it get passed second time around and it's free access to the cookie jar.
TB has all the knowledge, he's no mug, but we'll be whistling for any of the crumbs.

There are only two explanations for the whole Starknight/Castlepaul approach - they either have to be getting paid for this wierd ramp routine or these guys have some emotional/mental issues that need to be dealt with.
Either way it's ceasing to be funny.

Dangerous comparisons - when you see how he got that share price to move at BRH it wasn't a genuine value rise, it was hype. It's now back at 10p.
If he does the same here that's great, but see it for what it is. I will be happy for this to double in a 12 month window, that would be a result - no chance for multi baggers in this market unless you have a junior oily that strikes a big reserve
