somebody offloaded 250,000 shares just before 09:00. This shows as "unknown" now so skews your buy/sell view, but if you trace back the spread at 09:00 it's definitely a sell - that's why you could buy below the old mid price.
There's no manipulation here - we have sellers for reasons already articulated.

Always been the case for me Jimmy. We want real numbers to analyse, because the rhetoric is really positive.
Questions that need answers to make this move upward:
1) What is the ACTUAL revenue here, not projections - some of the guesses on streaming I've read here are mad.
2) Is "profitable" gross or net - after all as owners we need NET profit to grow the balance sheet or pay a dividend, not gross profit that DC and team can syphon off in admin costs....(salaries/fees)

I believe once this comes out the numbers will be very attractive. I also believe that the next (and hopefully last) warrant issue at 5p needs to be washed out because that is weighing like an anchor on the SP right now.

Don't worry about the SP in the next month unless your a trader. This is a 12 - 18 month story.

No - the buy/sell flag is the arbitrary result of the system - based on SP when your transaction was registered.
The price is moving solidly downwards today, so when you bought the mid price may have already dropped, but the system hasn't registered that yet so it shows as a buy. The volumes here don't warrant any conspiracy theories. I too have had buys show as sells for the same reason.

Just because the share price isn't moving how you want it to doesn't mean manipulation Tintin56/Stocktrend2.
The price is dropping because folks are selling.
The buy/sell flag is arbitrary - ignore it. The price movement is the real indicator.
Combination of weak market, "buy on rumour, sell on news" and of course the EGM tomorrow which could open the gates to 5p warrants being allotted and dilution being approved etc....

The commencement of a dividend is, for me, the holy grail. If LVCG have now established current and future profitability it wouldn’t take much to totally re-rate the share price.
With 184m shares in issue a 1p dividend could be easily affordable and replicable ongoing. Imagine what that would do to the long term market for the shares?

Can’t argue with that, the ADVFN board is just weird….

I don’t believe Darola is a troll, I appreciate hearing all angles.
Has DC ever made a net profit? I’m not aware if he has?
Does all this talk of profit actually have a number attached? I’ve checked the RNS and there are no solid numbers, I’m looking forward to these very much. I hope they are not gross profit numbers that get absorbed before the bottom line.
I totally believe right now LVCG is massively undervalued, but I have eyes and I await the news of how this profit comes back to us as owners of the business and not just to DC.

Just a thought, but the EGM is Thursday, with warrants able to be exercised, are investors cashing in to repurchase?

Your point about the wider economy is a good one Armagedon, the whole market has had the jitters over the last month - trying to establish how much of the drop here is due to the stuff we are fed up about and how much is the wider picture is very difficult. I can imagine the future being brighter for the whole market and this rising as it stops being oversold - I reckon (just an opinion) that the book value here is closer to 18p a share.
There is also the risk of recession having a bigger drag yet - you pays your money and you makes your choice.
For transparency - I averaged down back in Feb and won't be putting any more into this. I'm waiting for an exit point that's not too painful.

Yep, right now TB has to want the same thing as us.
The big risk to the unwary is how and when he makes his move. I have always thought it's year end and a sale of Phasefocus that will be the catalyst.
I anticipate a sale and special dividend, this will boost the results, create a spike in the SP which will last over 10 days..... given TB owns over 25% of this little operation he cleans up on the dividend, or he gets a large warrant he can exercise in the right circumstances that'll guarantee him a big payday ether way.

What it will also mean is the rest of BRH will be worth virtually nothing with no income, so if you see the spike and the glowing Phasefocus RNS bear all this in mind. Otherwise 2021 will rinse and repeat.

I've just seen the UMBR price - that's had a crash over the last 24 hours, so that may have caused a reflex action over here.
Stupid really because if OBC have 1 million UMBR that's still worth £1M on top of the AFN share and other net current assets.......
