Knigel - I don't register for ADVFN but I just checked out the stuff being posted on ADVFN board about "Formula E racing" at companies house.
The accounts for the last 2 years (from 2018 to 2020) for that Formula E racing company haven't moved in the last 2 years - it's an entirely dormant company with negative equity - no income or expenses registered at all. It's name was changed in 2019.
There's a concerted attack going on at the moment against DC, and whilst he may well be potentially capable of sliding himself revenue via Startart or this dormant company, there's no sign of wrongdoing or indeed that DC is defrauding anyone. The final accounts for LVCG don't show any expenses that are untoward that I can see.

I've gone a little early today as I've been good all week.

It's impossible to say Dasalus - the wider world is in turmoil and the AIM is always the biggest risk.
If DC had released little bits at a time it may have been absorbed into the market without a proper impact - but it's not something we can ever know.
Investment here is based on your view on shareholder benefit from the new KPOP streams and the recovering Bricklive revenues etc. I don't want to see DC become a responder to Twitter hustles and market swings - I'd rather he was deriving proper long term benefit for us, like the Frankfurt deals and the O2 deals.

Ah, but Knigel - in the trolls' world DC was behind the Zak Mir and Noel Borg twitter campaigns that saw the price spike just before they dropped it like a stone?
He must have been able to foresee that Twitter trading activity and prevent it!
He must be entirely to blame for the unfounded spike to 13p for a day and then the subsequent retrace!

Or maybe in the real world a company that should have gone bust over COVID survived and the SP has climbed from 3p on Jan 3rd 2022 to 5.75p today. Maybe in the real world a company has evolved into new activity and revenue streams and all we need is the imminent detail on profitability. Patience is a virtue :-)

DC has been back on Proactive Investors this morning, they have posted a couple of articles on the improved 2021 outcome and also the future for KPOP.

yep - the admin expenses is £2.88M - I had taken the sum of all the jiggery-pokery from £36k gross profit to £3.37M loss post tax and lumped that as a generalisation into "operating costs" for the simplicity of my exercise.
We're certainly into the weeds already and the range of outcomes goes from my most conservative £2M shareholder return to your £4M - all without any further KPOP activity, which there could well be...
Whatever view you take the conclusion is stark - we're grossly undervalued.

It's there to be shot at MB10 - I see Operating costs in 2021 of £3.4M and a loan outstanding of £1.5M.
If he want's that clear first, then £7M gross profit less £5M is £2M.
If you're right and he doesn't need to repay that loan, then logically £7M gross profit = £3.6M bottom line. That would boost your P/E calc to nearly 20p a share just in 2022.

Good spot Knigel. The trend is better than the overall for 2021, which improves the 2022 outlook.
I have assumed identical overheads for 2022 but I think he may be looking at the director's remuneration and structure next month, so it could go up.

This was posted in the 7th June RNS, we have already debated it's ambiguousness - but this is why I believe we have to wait for the big reveal on 2022 and beyond until July.
