We hear time and time again that Chk1 can be effective. 737 has had positive reviews in journals.

Almost 8 months since we received ownership back - what's taking so long?

Anyone have any thoughts on the theory that we aren't licencing anything out as it might muddy the water in a buy out discussion?

For example, GSK don't want to buy us out if AZ part own 737...

100 times MTD mentioned before and today.

We are safe. Why do we need to establish an MTD, especially if it involves taking 30 one a day tablets? How long is a piece of string.

All seems a bit unnecessary and a waste of time.

The key here is "Is it safe?" -> Yes -> "Is it effective?"

We know the answer to the first one already. 2 years and 1 month after we initiated phase 1 studies, we still haven't been put in a patient.

It's all far too slow. Phase 1B would have given us much more information and would have told pharma if we were more effective than a sugar lump. (Sugar lumps for reference also are safe at 100x MTD).

If we take this RNS as a whole the widths are rubbish. However the positive from this piece of news is that there is still gold there.

The other positive / negative (depends how you view it) is the extension of the drilling programme.

Positive: they are still happy to throw money at the area.

Negative: they haven't found what they were looking for and don't think the JORC based on current drilling would be very impressive. I.e. we need more evidence to built up the resource.

Depends how you look at it. At least the first few holes were great. These ones aren't going to set the world alight. Will have to wait a bit until we hit 0.3. (my average)

Just to add to my previous message.

The RNS states in two places that we are committed and have progressed operations.

"reflecting the commitment shown to date by Xtract in terms of the agreement entered into on 26 February 2025"

"Together with our local partners we have accelerated all phases of business necessary to participate in Wildstone's Moroccan antimony development."

There is no detail as to how we have shown commitment or any detail on our activities on the ground.

The RNS refers us to the website, where is states we still own 50%, i.e. it is not up to date and doesn't explain what we have done so far.

The RNS is therefore incomplete. We need to know what we have done, why and what our next steps are and the timeline for that.

Stating we are committed means diddly squat. No wonder there has been one trade all morning....

On the face of it, this is good news. The issue is, we all have no idea what this means for us as a business or indeed what the potential upside is here, if there is any at alll...

A phase 1 study of CPTX2309 in healthy volunteers got underway in Australia in April. Capstan is running the trial to find a pharmacologically active dose to take into phase 2 studies in patients with autoimmune disease.

Why do people think we should be asking for less than 1bn when several others have received (way) over for phase 1 drug companies...

I'd just like to drill down a little further into the detail, if I may.

You mentioned "just one bit of good news" (in reference to drilling).

In your view, where do you see this most likely to come from? Presumably SK having received the positive initial results? Any thoughts on Antimony going anywhere? (To me it's a lottery ticket, an absolute punt) I'm placing no hope in it but who knows I guess.

Second question, if it is SK or another copper target, what kind of news would you class as "able to budge the sp"? So far, we have had some very positive lengths of mineralisation at high grade (compared to BR) but they have done nothing for the sp. (It went up 20% bit within 3-4 weeks settled back to where it started).

Are we saying we need 100+m of high grade copper? A resource estimate? I genuinely don't know what would budge the needle here. Hopefully it's something CB is doing too, i.e. scenario setting and considering the probability of success in each of the ventures we are involved with. I am struggling to work out what is required here. We have joked before that CB resigning would do more than the drilling results (I don't quite believe that, but who knows)

Like you, Billy, that was the paragraph that stood out for me. Quite a passionate defence of the progress that is (apparently) going on here, but is not backed up by the share price of the drilling results (apart from one at Silver King). No drill results in Morocco, Western Foreland, Bushranger since 2022, Chilibwe (more of that below) or Kakuyu.

Exploration work was carried out at Chilibwe and suspended due to legal complexities relating to the licence, which need resolving before further significant exploration can be justified.

Agree with others on this point. There comes a time when Sareum needs to admit it's approach of flying to an overseas pharma related event to deliver a monotonous presentation is not working.

As others have stated, "Come and see us" is a pathetic way of marketing our presentation.

3/4 years ago they mentioned an IR/PR appointment. Then no word from them since.

The science is fine. Now would be the time to cut the salary of those who have done their jobs and boost the salary of those who will get this company sold.

20 years and counting and we haven't made it past phase 1.

Lots of faith in the science, but zero faith in their ability to do a deal.
