Companies have to tell markets first if there's any significant news...they won't do it via an R&D day...

I still don't really see T/O as near term...more likely sale of DX is first on Avactas to do list...then sign dotted line with a Specialist Investment Partner (who may already be on board or waiting in the wings)...then do a couple of Pipeline deals and perhaps a RTO to get a quick Nasdaq listing. At this point the funds will be well in hand to move AVA6000 quickly on through it's trials and secure FDA approval if not already received at this point...then perhaps a full blown mega money T/O deal might be up for grabs. A good Specialist Investment Partner will do everything to help build value before helping negotiate the best pisdible T/O deal.

Generally there seems to be a bit of a tried and tested footpath within the industry which Avacta will continue to follow.

From 2019 for those who might not remember..apologies if already mention recently...

Seems to me efficacy data on larger trial group is whst they really need to bring in the big guys/large scale funding partners.

Divesting DX is what will give them the cash to get there.

BTW...there are two types of partners to be had...Investment and Scientific...which ones are they trying to encourage right now...

Funny how certain characters appear out of the blue to tell us poor ignorant PI's what a silly mistake we are all making with our investment choice...just when large late trades go through....mmm!!!!
