G-Geeman...SPACs are another way to get listed if you reverse into one as they have gone through the listing process. They are shell companies really. No product just cash rich entities looking for a home/investment for their cash.

D-Geeman...because there are qrtly profit rules and Avacta doesn't meet them right now and that's why early stagers often resort to RTOs to get a listing and once listed they then fundraise.

Today I am talking to Eliot Forster xCEO of F-star Therapeutics.

Eliot was at helm of the company as they reversed merged into Springbank Pharmaceuticals & through the recently announced acquisition by Sino Biopharma, a transaction that generated a lot of interest given the very public interactions with CFIUS.

Prior to F-star, Eliot was CEO of Immunocore, Creabilis and Solace Pharmaceuticals following his multiple roles at Pfizer which included head of development and operations, European Union. He was the founding chair of Medcity and is an honorary visiting professor of molecular and clinical cancer medicine at the University of Liverpool, to name just a few roles he has had. If you can target an antibiotic does that mean there's less chance of antibiotic resistance developing???

Sorry, I haven't had chance to read this weeks posts, so I'm just commenting on the RNS I've just read.

1. Markets in general aren't full of scientists...so much of what is said/on posters goes over their heads.

2. Real shareholder value will come when deals are signed/RNS'd...it's all about the BIG BUCK and Pharma confidence/uptake.

3. The new Pipeline reveal is great but they are just that...numbers/names in an RNS and need to be proven.

4. Right now, we need a Big Financial Backer...someone who recognises the potential and who will back what is needed to get the show rolling and act as a deal maker. I've mentioned some on here previously and there are several who would be excellent candidates. IMO such backers will also give Pharma the confidence to invest.

5. We are still very early stage and this is now about CONFIDENCE in order to get the early stage big bucks backing needed to move the Pipeline on quickly.

Fingers crossed, negotiations are and have been ongoing for some time and the big guns will start to reveal themselves soon. Yes, it is a fingers crossed stuation...it always has been...
