Going off topic somewhat..I just read this:

For those of you who have had chemicals injected into your body for scans/MRIs/PET scans etc could PreCision be used to transport these chemicals within the body and to seek out possible cancer cells? Thoughts?

I have to agree with him...

No company is going to bear all.

Future timelines are just 'best guess' based on general perameters...many things can affect them. Directors have to keep shareholders informed and pipeline timescales are part of this. Don't get wrapped up in the long term detail...it's irrelevant. What matters is the near term actions. DX divesting. Nasdaq Listing. This company isn't going anywhere soon without a large specialist investor coughing up a big chunck of change between now and next finals. I still think someone is very much in the background pushing for x, y, z to be done first...

As I have said before...CC was brought in the sort out the Product Packaging...and she's done just that...any Major Investor or Buyer doesn't have to do anything just cough up the dosh...New Branding Sorted...Pipeline sorted...Timelines sorted...just need to off load DX...and get Nasdaq Listing...

I think the UK Budget has resulted in many companies having to rethink their investment strategies and is quite possibly going to affect the sale of DX. The EU is not exactly fairing well either and the noises coming out of the US again will possibly make some take a hard look at their investments going forward if they trade with or are looking to expand into the US.

Even though the latter doesn't directly affect DX as they don't sell/distribute to the US, the general economic climate/rumblings could be used to try and low ball an offer....

But the pathway was used for only four drugs last year — a total that critics of the program say demonstrates it was never needed in the first place. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), a proponent and co-sponsor of the 2018 law, said the program’s uptake is moving slower than he wants to see.

The lawmaker wants Trump to expand the law in his first 100 days if he wins reelection — an idea the Trump campaign said the former president is open to.

“We protect and give some immunities and benefits to pharmaceutical companies,” Biggs said. “We could have provided more of an incentive to pharmaceutical companies to provide these drugs and biologics to people who need them.”

Patients have had access to a similar program for decades. The FDA’s expanded use pathway — often referred to as the compassionate use program — has enabled those with serious diseases and conditions to access investigational drugs when no comparable alternative therapy is available.

In recent years, thousands of patients accessed experimental treatments under the compassionate use program — which typically includes an FDA review of the proposed use of a therapy. In fiscal 2023, the agency received 2,288 individual compassionate use requests for drugs and biologics, allowing 2,261 of those to proceed.

Reopening a debate over access to experimental treatments could portend other changes to agency policy in a potential second Trump administration. The GOP’s 2024 platform calls for expanded access to new prescription drug options.

“In his second term, President Trump will of course remain open to other pathways to expand ‘Right to Try’ to save more American lives,” Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said in an email.'

Dox is already approved not Fox...that wasn't very clear was it!....haha

Just to be clesr..Fox is already approved...PreCision is not a chemo drug..it's a carrier/target mechanism. Dox has the approval on it's own or as part of AVA6000..it's PreCision that doesn't have approval as a mechanism.

Would this refer to the 2W additional trial...was this introduced as part of FDA discussions to get more data quickly.

Dox is approved but has severe damaging side effects.

AVA6000 works with almost no side effects and can be administered at a higher dosage and likely on a 2W rather than 3W basis..what's not to like FDA wise...

I can understand why the FDA are amazed by the data so far and might be calling for more data as it really does look 'too good to be true'.

An FDA grant would be very welcome and very early approval would be huge.

What is the likely hood of a Big Investor, known to Avacta, sitting in the background who has already voiced what they will invest and when providing this, that and the other takes place?

Maybe Investor(s) are waiting for something to happen at their end...launch of a new fund and receipts into said fund for example or closing out on a deal (sale of an investment) to release funds etc or simply the UK Budget and US Election...
