Could a deal for AVA6000 be struck like this one to develop it to market while the pipeline stays with Avacta for licencing out/other partnerships/US Listing.

Seems to me all roads lead to DX right now...

Why sell if there wasn't something bigger to be had in return.

That 'bigger to be had' is one or more big bucks investors/partners.

How long does it tske to get the big deals done...6 months or so??

Markets are jittery right now...heads being turned stateside...confidence in UK had dropped sincd Budget...not good for Avacta unless they have deals already in the bag and it's just down to Is and Ts...especially a DX sale. EU in a mess right now with France and German Govts/Parliaments and strikes etc.

I think Avacta needs the US more than ever right now one way or another...

Reading some of these trial papers, I get the distinct feeling it's very much a case of...Oh! yeah so quite a high percentage suffer some pretty gross side effects but the end results justifies the means regardless if we loss a few on the way...

She's not in it for the long term and much of what she does can be done from the US (zoom) especially with a Nasdaq listing.

Suspect she'll be in the US for the whole week...

Drug development collaborations – LG Chem Life Sciences In October 2018, Avacta agreed an Affimer therapeutics development partnership and licence agreement with LG Chem Life Sciences; part of the South Korean LG Group. This multi-target agreement provides for upfront payment of US$2.5m and near-term milestone payments of up to a further US$5.5m in addition to longer term development milestones totalling US$180m to the company. Avacta will also receive royalties on any future product sales and LG Chem will cover the company’s research and development costs associated with the collaboration. Avacta has also outlined that it may receive an additional US$130m in option fees and milestone payments should LG Chem elect to exercise its options for additional Affimer targets in the future. As part of the agreement with LG Chem, Avacta will generate and conduct early stage optimisation of Affimer drug candidates against multiple undisclosed targets. LG Chem and Avacta will then collaborate to progress these candidates towards drug selection. It has been agreed that LG Chem will be responsible for pre-clinical and regulatory studies, clinical development and world-wide marketing of any resulting products. LG Chem intends to make the first regulatory filing for an Affimer therapeutic in 2021.

LG Chem renews license triggering payment to Avacta

LG Chem will now proceed with Investigational New Drug (IND) enabling studies for Affimer PD-L1 antagonist programme

Someone is calling the shots by dangling the dosh ready to invest once a, b. c has been achieved...

The next biggie is DX...

Then the major investor will step up as part of the Nasdaq Listing and may even bring others in too. The R&D stack has been designed for serious/knowledgable investors not the bunch the other day.

It's all going to kick off in the next 6 months...

Don't get bogged down with the detail...Avacta are too confident right now...listern to the messaging from CC...
