.AVA6000 works as a targetting mechanism with virtually no side effects even at above normal Dox (payload) doses and ,in addition, reduction of tumour sizes have also been observed.

At this point we cannot say one or more Pharmas are interested or not...we just don't know.

What we do know is what we have been told by Avacta.

DX is to be divested...why? To make TX more attractive to Investors/Partners...again why? They don't want to invest with the Loan overhang or in anything other than a pure TX play.

We also know they would like to list on the Nasdaq (giving them a dual listing UK and US)...why? Great pool of Investors/Partners.

OK so above we have the knowns and the guesses/questions...

So we have to look at this another way...

What are the normal pathways in this marketplace for similar companies.

It seems to me Avacta has been following the tried and test pathways and they are now at the stage where they can look towards Partnering with one or two serious Investors who will cough up the big bucks...these may or may not include the Investment Arms of Pharma...

These investors will be looking to finance the upcoming AVA6000 trials and pipelines into trial or Licencing and they will expect to have some say so with an Observer on the Board perhaps. Depending who they are, they will have a long term plan and end game be it Farming In or Farming Out.

Yesterday was a huge day for the World and the US is now the Go To place for invesment . Avacta saw this coming and has lined itself up accordingly. The Board speaks their language now...literally. American love to talk/deal with Americans...

DX sale...what will they do with the money received...?

Nasdaq...straight listing...no can do due to income/profits rules and having sold DX this makes it harder to achieve these so the only obvious way is via a RTO. But this will cost so they will need backers. They could use the money received from DX sale and not pay off the loan. However, the Loan can only be paid off each qrt with DX revenue and holding onto DX makes TX less attractive to Partners/Backers/Investors.

So what to do...no problem...just keep going round in circles guys until you find out...

Remember...AVA6000 unlocks the pipeline...

Icecool...AVA6000 concept works without a doubt...it takes it's payload directly to the tumour(s) and then dumps the payload once there and nowhere else...ie into healthy cells.

That payload can be a much larger dose than normally administered on its own. The stronger the payload dose and perhaps more frequently in many cases this will lead to overall better outcomes if not remission.

Dox as we know isn't suitable for all cancers and perhaps that's what we're seeing. Patients are all different and each body will react differently too.

AVA6000 is only the start of Avactas pipeline which can be tweeked as data is gathered.

For some these results might not seem very exciting due to the small number of patients but that's what Phase1 trials are about...small numbers...many fail at this stage...ours hasn't.

AVA6000 was not meant to be a cure for cancer...the payload is. AVA6000 is a carrier...it's there to take the payload to exactly where it's needed which is exactly what it is doing. Benefits achieved from that targeting effect are a plus...the added value. The greater the added value the greater it's worth...

Why divest DX if TX isn't going to cut the mustard.

AVA6000 is the basis from which the pipline grows.

If it's a dud and eventually we get told so and Big Pharma realises this and is shunning all attentps to get a deal then surely DX becomes the go to side of the business.

Divesting DX only makes sense of TX is really seen to have a far greater potential or DX divestment is part of the grand picture in some other way.

I only know what's out there...I have no knowledge of what is going to happen and when but what I do know is this industry follows strong patterns of behaviour and therefore what others have done within the marketplace could be our best indicator of what maybe to come.

I don't take sides...just try to post bits and bobs and then throw in some possible senarios for discussion...

All forms of betting are about the odds of something happening again...get it right...bingo...get it wrong...well there's always another day...

There's also the matter of Corporate Confidentiality...fine lines and all that. No company puts everything out there just to please a few PI's...no matter how much it might be twisting your guts not knowing what's really going on behind the scenes.

BTW guys, I'm not negative about the new CFO appointment...just trying to get you all to look at things from a different angle.

Question...will this be Avacta's route? If so, with a SPANC or existing company. If the latter, we may get more products. Now...there is another way to do this and that's to use the DX side of the business as the RTS mechanism...Reverse DX into an existing Nasdaq Listed company or SPANC Listing as an RTO acquisition then Merge the new company back into Avacta...that way, we still maintain the whole TX and DX plus get the US Listing (company or SPANC and maintain the Avacta name etc...the end effect whole would be worth far more than the original abd the costs would be fairly low if a SPANC or small fry company (unless we have some big investors on board to get us a bigger and better buy). Avacta has banged on about selling DX and creating shareholder value...how??? Don't always look at the obvious...

From October - acquisition...Crescent (prvate company) /Glycomimetrics (Listed)...mmm!!!! Not actually called a RTS but it kinds is...this acquisition means Crescent will become a listed company and it will trade under the Crescent name not Glycomimetics listed name. Any connections going forward or has Avacta just picked up a redundant CFO.

You don't even have to read the RNS..just the heading. This is the strongest message/sign posting to a Nasdaq Listing we've had so far. There's now NO uncertainty about it happening.

Thompi we'd all like to see it pull away from the 50p mark but considering how many new shares have been added since the 50p fundraiser you could say it's holding its ground well...could be much worse.

Due 22 Jan...we've seen similar SP moves in advance of a repayment...nothing new here I'm afraid.
