We has 2 company on site warehouses and 5 Logistics warehouses we used and our Principsls used for product storage and shipping. The main points when taking on a Distributorship are who carries the Receivable, who holds and where is stock held and is the market established or not.

B2HS2L Drop Shipping would fall under Non-Stocking in my day...my terminology might be slighly different to the UK as our Agency/Distributorship was Stateside.

Plus there's the customer base the Distributorship may or may not come with...

If they take on new products as a non-stocking distributor then there's no capital outlay...as a stocking distributor the will have capital outlay plus the Receivables unless the goods are consigned into stock by the Principal...

My guess is the next deal we see will be an interesting one in several ways...and not necessarily what we might be expected...so expect the unexpected...

All have experience working with/for big pharma which for me is a slight red herring as they will all have contacts within the big pharma industry...just like any industry...the execs all know each other or at least counterparts.

Hurst foes rais a good point...what about one of existing Partners stepping up and Licencing another product or two or even revamping the Partnership deal for one or more pipeline products but they want to see DX diverted first or perhaps DX could be part of a deal...they buy DX which gives Avacta the money to progress AVA6000 and said buyer gets to commercialise AVA6000 for Avacta and Avacta gets a royalty....or something like that...
