BV...all aspects can be contracted out...from sales yo manufacturing to warehousing to shipping.. in the US ghe have one stop companies who will fo ghe whole lot for you...not sure if same exists in Europe but it probably does. Many Pharmas use them for their early stage production until sales are large enough yo bring in house or a drug is dropped and production can be turned over. Also look at what the Far East us offering...specifically China.

Codejunkie...agree if they are looking at an IPO...and even then they don't meet Nasdaq criteria profits wise. But they could easily reverse into a company already listed...an RTO. Big investors won't just be looking at the itsy bitsy day to day business they will be looking at the end game...how quickly they can turn their investment and at what value. It's about who invests and why...

I thought CC made it quite clear that there are many possibilities but Avacta won't be taking all the possibilities to trial themselves...too expensive...so that means financial partnering and/or licencing to fund what they want to take.

Now the big question is, what will come next...

We have been told work is ongoing to finally divest DX.

NASDAQ listing has been mentioned and we have how to experience in house now. The second question is how will this be done...IPO or RTO.

Finally when will a big deal be signed...? Again we have been told divesting DX is key and we know many AIM listed companies go for a Nasdaq dual listing to bring big investors on board. US based trials, bringing in Americans to senior positions and the broker changes have all been key too to that Nasdaq listing which will need large committed investor(s) to get off the ground.

I give it weeks now not months...

AVA6000 currently carries Dox but it could be tweeked to carry a different warhead for someone else to licence. Same with the other two in our pipeline. This is how ARM used to licence out.

If Coris has Affimer based products in development or plan to. then the sale deal might also become a licencing deal too...plus more parties involved so perhaps not as straight forward as the Launch sale.

If Coris negotiations are with same buyer then perhaps they are separate due to the Affimer IP.

I'm not saying it's a problem just showing how what was said can be interpreted two ways .
