The Launch deal isn't a done deal until the cash is in the bank.

Don't think we will see an investor deal announcement until Coris is sold which could be any time depending on discussion status.

Year end results will most likely be issued after Launch sale completed...and perhaps after Coris to make sure they look good with best cash runway.

This year is going to be the key to Avactas future direction.

Avacta is offering Pharma a way to package their ultra nasty chemo drugs in such a way they only target and release in the tumours therefore reducing to almost zero the very damaging side effects and at the same time allowing for a much much higher dose. That's basically it and at the moment the trials are very small, data is still being collected and we have no idea how far along any partnership negotiations might be. One would hope the interest is there and negotiations are well underway.

As far as the two £3m + trades are concerned. If buys then it's the buyer who is responsible for telling Avacta about their purchase and once informed Avacta the issues a TR1. If the buyer doesn't inform for whatever reason then no TR1...it does happen.

And did said buys have anything to do with earlier RNSs on Friday...sale of Launch rather than the data update based on comments investors prefer pure TX play.

D-Geeman...that's why RTO's are a handy way of listing and my preference would be a RTO for Avacta.

Conferences are also about being seen, checking out the competition and rubbing shoulders with all sorts of people including potential employees. clinicians, pharma, supply chains reps/partner etc etc...it's a way of keeping abreast of the industry and developing relationships which could be useful down the line...such as peer reviews etc...

And they've already made 10% on their millions invested...follow the big money...what do they know or is it just a punt on their part...do you guys feel lucky 🤔 😉

Pharma sometimes employs Oncologists too to help on with their trials/approvals etc . Did CC say who the clinician was and who they worked for?

There's always the possibility that someone else asked for it to be included...like 2w being added...and DW being diverted. All these moves would benefit a Pharma sitting on the sidelines with a promise of funding if they did as said Pharma asked.

Avacta has been very confident about their finances since CC was brought in.

At the times the trades were clocked the Bid was 37 and Ask 38.
