This is the first time they have said they have observed complete regressions in the AVA6000 trial too after treatment stopped...this is hugely significant information and if it is due to this being a PreCISION based warhead then this makes PreCISION vastly more valuable. The synergy affect perhaps...

So as I see it there won't be a separate fundraise prior to Nasdaq Listing. Normally you don't go for a Nasdaq listing and then go cap in hand afterwards..such a listing will be done with big backers on board..specialist funds etc.

They will get the best deal with one or more Pharma...as it will be in their interests to do so and we little guys will benefit. Right now we don't have any approved/saleable products in the TX portfolio so we are at our most vunerable to cheap low ball offers. Specialist Investor(s) would keep the wolves away until the companies true value can be worked on/established. Our science is new and therefore comparisons of value are difficult.

So far in the lab AVA6103 appears to be out-performing AVA6000 which is significant...in fact it's amazing and far more newsworthy than a video on their website which if you don't go to and open you'd never know it was there...

Surely they can get one or more Investors to cough up £20m or more to progress this...let's hope they deal or deals are in the wings pending DX being divested...or they're going to come in on the back of a Nasdaq Listing which could be at any time if they go the SPAC route. I'm starting to get that warm tingly feeling with good news not too far away...

So this is using the the HECFAP tumor model and this is a cell line that has been engineered to over express FAP and this is a very aggressive model like I just said and you can see how rapidly these tumors grow if you look at the vehicle treated animals in the gray dots there you can see how these tumors grow week on week. Now if we look towards the blue line this is animals treated with our AVA six thousand one hundred and three compound and what we see is not only significant tumor growth inhibition in these animals but actually complete regressions.

Where AVA six one zero three compare performs much better than conventional XT can.

And what happened, we decided to remove these animals from treatment around day forty five and monitor them, and what we found was quite striking. So, in the red where you can see animals treated with conventional exotecan, these actually begin to relapse and tumors begin to regrow.

However, when treating with the AVA six one zero three compound, these animals remain cured and there's no increase in tumor volumes whatsoever.'

The trials are now being expanded. Data is being collected and we shareholders just have to sit and wait for the next announcements regarding results and finance. Bickering won't make it happen any faster nor will it change the companies decisions/options.

What don't some understand about this statement from the Avacta website front page...

So you have breast cancer that has spread...use Enhertu instead of Chemo...and it might not spread further and it might but you another year or so...

Nah...give me a PreCision encapsulated killer chemo which will find all the tumours and maybe reduce them if not kill them completely with few or no side effects and perhaps buy me a lot more than 1 year...
