As I said before, I don't believe CC is in it for the long term and neither is DDH...they've been brought in to tidy up...

Avacta is too confident in it's reacent actions to not be almost 100% certain they have a Partner/Finance in the can if they do as they're being told.

Now look at the Board Structure in the Corporate Governance section on the website...

I think you hae to look at Board Members past achievements. They bring their experience and past achievements to the table and will, in most cases, follow the same strategies that worked for them in the past.

The other factor to consider is time lapse. Strategies take time to impliment/fulfil. CC has laid out her broad plans/strategy going forward for Avacta but there is, in some cases, a lack of detail for various reasons...in the main, I suspect for commercial confidentiality reasons.

How much of where we are right now is still based on what the likes of Elliot Forster/AS had initiated vs CC/SC/DDH's new input is difficult to really say but from what we are seeing the new members have made changes and will continue to do so.

One big change is the removal of existing Partners from the website...Why???

Other companies are often happy to show off their existing Partners.

They now just say:

Are they saying AVA6000 will take longer to commercialise by Avacta due to financial restrictions, whereas partners could accelerate pipeline products to market?

Reads to me that they will sell off DX but not pay off the Loan.

Release of Pipeline should generate Partner interest quickly...I suspect the interest is already there and the pipeline is being prepared for Partners who have already indicated what they would Partner. You don't launch a bunch of pink minis and A500s to a market that only wants gold and silver Rolls Royces and Bentleys.

Avacta TX is currently an R&D company.

What part of the R and D do some not understand.

AVA6000 is the first product to go to clinical trials and based on the volumes of data said trials have produced it's only natural for it to be tweeked at some point and other products to be developed based existing and new data. The research will continue, the development will continue and the tweeking will continue...it's all about fine tuning and that new bit of imaging kit has really come up trumps.

Again I go back to..why will we be so excited about the new pipeline when it's officially announced...when they've already given us so many clues as to what it will be...will what it targets be soooo exciting??!!! nah!!!...product is product...however, it would be guaranteed that all shareholders big and small would get excited if a partnering deal was to be announced too or even the sniff of one like a MOU...

Avacta now have 3 months to come good with a deal of some sort...otherwise talking about Divesting DX and Indicative Offers being received for same without a supportive deal for TX being pretty much in the bag makes absolutely no commercial sense whatsoever.

Is Avacta producing it's pipeline in the hope partners will turn up on their doorstep.

Or is Avacta already working with potential partners who have basically said they will partner with Avacta if they come up with ??? as a pipeline product.

Stranger things have happened...

Now apply the dosing to newly diagnosed patients...what efficacy then???!!!!

From the Avacta website Investment Proposition section (which has been updated recently):

So if they are going to Divest DX what/who will replace that support???

Icecool...licencing, licencing, licencing...isn't that what Avacta has been spouting for years...how would they have handled the IP question then. OK I used the word partner but I meant a licensing partnership.

A straight sale now won't get anywhere near the SP value many are hoping for and a Pharma JV won't either as this will lead to Farming In on the cheap.

Is there going to be more to the pipeline announcement...is it possible we will get details of the pipeline together with investor annoucement...and each new pipeline item will also come with it's own partnership deal...

My biggest takeaway from the RNS and Presentation is how confident they appear to be in TX becoming a stand alone entity and they must have someone on the hook because they cannot do it alone based on the above numbers.

1. Divest DX...indicative offers already received.

2. Once 1. agreed then upfront funding from specialist investor highly likely/much easier to secure..why did they say global? Do they have someone in mind?

3. Once 2. Sorted the specialist investor brings other Partners to the table.

4. Dual Listing .

I think we've been told the company is not looking to have any more AIM fundraisers/placings.
