As has been said, Avacta have all bases covered:

PreCision PDC (AVA6000) in Clinical Trial right now

PreCision + (targets Fc region) - Antibody or AffimerXT

PreCision ADC (AffDC) - Antibody or Affimer

New pipeline details incoming and will no doubt include at least one PreCision+ and one PreCision ADC.

No point adding in another PreCison PDC as it's targeting properties have already proven to work safely and with virtually no side effects which was the aim. Efficacy has also already been observed and that's down to the chemo (Dox in this case). In additon, delivered Dox dosage to the targeted tumour(s) has been drastically increased. Now Avacta needs to move on to fine tuning such as with half life etc. So will the pipeline be only consist PreCisoon+ and AffDC products.

The question is? What other surprises do they have for us. Why are we going to be so excited (CC's wording) when they announce the new pipeline? What have they not included on their pipeline page? or are we just gong to be excited by the actual chemos/cancers involved.

Does the Agreement give them full acess to the PreCision pipeline and it's data? Would SOFIE want Point/EL to have full access to their PET data/scans.

I suspect any big Pharma may get access to some of the data of they sign a NDA and are either a Licencee of PreCision already or showing string sign of becoming one. It's an open trial still isn't it.

You may end up being given shares in the demerged company which you can opt to keep or sell.

AVA6000 is proven safe and has show some efficacy in 3W trial...

The 2W trial should again prove it to be safe and should show at least the same efficacy, if not better.

Dox is known to work in some cancers but has horrible side effects on its own and therefore MTD is not always enough to do a good enough job.

Other warhead will also have their own MTD.

So if another warhead is used with PreCision and FAP rich tumours are the target why would a trial beyond a quick safety trial be necessary if said trial also showed signs of efficacy. Surely the targetting effect of PreCision in itself would speed up trials etc.

Avacta only ever said they wanted to take AVA6000 to market themselves. If this is still the case then surely they would be looking to licence out PreCision for others to take forward as needed. Avacta would just do the initial formulation of the drug.

Dubliner...it's the Precision mechanism that's on trial so if it works for Dox it shojld work for other chemotherapies as long as the tumour type the chemo is for has a reasonably high FAP expression...so yes I think it's a given no more trials will be necessary for PreCision + chemo. However the pipeline products will be different formulations so they will need trialling. Now how quick these trials will be I don't know but I think the aim is to have partners for pipeline products and they will bear the brunt of the cost. Avacta was only looking to take AVA6000 to market themselves...but will this change...I guess lkke anything in life, it all depends on what someone is prepared to pay...and money does talk when it comes to shareholders and they are the ones who ultimately have the final say on a T/O deal.
