Herein lies possible issues...our tech is new...are they prepared to stick their neck out and approve ours...the approval should be totally science lead.
We need to make sure the box checkers don't throw us out because they can simply check a box on a form stating it is a nuclocapsid based test.

I would also add that Mondays ruling will mean we ate not the only ones who are ticked off and possibly apply pressure...Omega, GAD, Mologic, Medusa, Abingdon etc will all be on the case I'm sure.

Finally, will the Govt give companies notice that they have been approved and will be added to the list or will they just add them. Good protocol tells me the former but hey who knows..

The original Govt UK consortium set up was to produce 200m tests...was that for the whole UK or just for Govt/NHS usage. I think we need to know what the real UK current usage of LFTs is right now...
As of Monday does it mean we can't supply the NHS under. There are 120 or so companies in that list...how many can't supply now..is it 80 or so...
This could be a complete shooting in the foot for the Govt and in particular the head of NHE...her neck will be on the block if it goes pear shaped quickly and people's plans for Christmas are disrupted...travel in particular...
So many unanswered questions and we are not getting real access to fti and Avacta.

Beinthelead...I posted the two emails I sent to FTI over the weekend...both topics suddenly get actioned...one goes out as an Avacta tweet the other and RNS today....
If I had not sent those emails would the tweet and RNS still appeared. Afraid I doubt it...I apologise for today's RNS and the fact I probably had something to do with it but my beef is with FTI not investors or Avacta.

Energyshares...'Anyone have any thoughts why RNS not put out yesterday ?'...it should have been mentioned weeks ago to take the heat out if it...they are just lazy and not doing their job...

If you look at their backgrounds, there's more than enough experience there to have got this right.
No, it's Porton Down and the fact we have presented them with new technology and they don't quite know what to do with it. You also have a Govt spending billions of tax payers money and they are running scared...they need cheap and lots of them and the Chinese are the only ones who can really provide that. Couple all this with Chinese wives and influencers within our Govt and regulators...it's the faceless who are making the decisions here....

Regarding the Avacta AffiDX SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Lateral Flow Test, this is still for sale on the Bioserve website. Unless it has received authorisation under the Medical Devices Regulations, I understand it will be illegal to sell it in the UK from 1st November. Is this true?

I am a shareholder and would like an answer not a cut and paste referring me to RNS's.

OK so it's not the RNS we wanted to see but fti consulting and Avacta have to keep shareholders informed of both good and not so good. In this case we are not the only company having to withdraw sales from the UK market until approval is granted. Our application was made prior to Sept so at least 2 months in.
Next press will be huge shortages of

Just think some of the negative commentary on here might be connected somehow...
I can't prove anything of course but we got rid of Yellow ? and appointed fti in August 2020 ...the Mologic partnership RNS was in early Feb 2021 and clearly says we'd been working with them for a while. I emailed Mologic re their MSD not mentioning our affimer and it was changed (no response from the to my email) and twice I've asked if it really does contain antibodies..no rely and no change. Is this because its actually the dual product mentioned in the mologic RNS talked about?? And Avacta also created a position for Rob Ford just over a year ago too for EMEA countries.
Then along comes Soros and friends...
Avacta has made fti sole investor contact point...
It just has a strange feel about it...
