One little observation...why isn't the first called Mologic COVID 19 Rapid Antigen Test? Does this leave it open to whose test it might be???

Every product should be given a damage rating from 0 to 20. 1 being excellent and can be sold free of a Damage Levy. 10 being the worst and the Damage Levy is the highest.
The Damage Levy would be a percentage of the product price say 0.5%.
1 = 0.5%
2 = 1%
3 = 1.5%
And so on...the Levy would be used to support insulating low income homes etc.

The other thing that could be done is to sort out electricity and gas bills.
Every individual should get a set number of KW h per month at the base price. Once the set KWh has been reached then they get another set amount at base plus 5% and if surpassed the next set is at base plus 10% and so on. So basically the more you use the higher the rate goes ...

All countries could adopt the above as a start.
