Just because we aren't getting the news updates from Avacta, doesn't mean our affimer tech isn't out there being used in real life situations and being promoted. Deepverge have an RNS out today and for those who don't already know their Microtox PD and BT both contain our affimers. Going forward detecting contaminated wastewater and being able to detect pathogens like Covid is going to be huge globally and our tech is right in there leading the way making highly accurate detection possible. We don't know the deal details but have seen an example of another deal numbers over the weekend. It's all going on behind the scenes guys but due to confidentiality clauses in our deal contracts Avacta can't tell us what's happening directly and you'll have to keep an eye on the companies we've done deals with to get a feel for where our tech is making headway. If you make your decisions based on whispers on a BB then you only have yourself to blame if those whispers done on out. DYOR and look for facts...

Is it feasible HUA may have already been granted and news withheld by Medusa until production has been geared up/stock levels sorted at one or more locations ready for launch...??
Or is everyone if the opinion the latter has already taken place and they're just twiddling their thumbs waiting for HUA...?

Hurst10. Yes Avacta is in closed period but this only means Directors can't trade during this time. They can still issue news. They can also still communicate with shareholders but some companies choose not to.

beinthelead...'We’ll know one way or the other. But not by RNS '...if HUA is of material significance to the company, they will have to RNS it. Even if it isn't materially significant, they could still put out an RNS as an update to the already announced Agreement with Medusa...

Stoch & Stoch RSI below bottom line and perfectly placed for upturn.
Bollinger bottomed and again looking good for upturn.

Now I know many of you are synical but those influential backroom guys look for these signs and will move accordingly.
This could now signal a stead rise into Results without news but with news of the right kind (HUA & Medusa opening up sales of our LFT) then the rise could be far steeper.

Let's hope for the latter...

Note they say 'We will pay during 2021'...not just 'an upfront payment will be made...' with no timescale. Sounds to me they are pretty confident in the preclinical milestone outcomes.

Also note the ongoing different income streams this generates...Oh! I just love it when income is generated by others and you just sit back and let the cheques roll in...

I wonder how typical this licencing deal is to other deals we are making.

As that info has now been put in the public domain, Avacta can't claim confidentiality on those number now.

None of us know who we are really talking to so best not to make your own trading decisions based on what a stranger says just on your own research and the verifiable bits and bobs others kindly dig up and share...simples.

PL75...does it really bother you that much? If he's wrong, he's wrong and you will find out sooner or later.
If he's been so wrong on so many occasions then take what he says with a pinch of salt and move on...stop harping on about it.

Perhaps a quarterly covering all three sectors of the business...what about the animal side too as well as diagnostics and therapeutics...
