Looks like those couple of large delayed sells from Friday, where entered in error, seems there is retraction of the trades popped up.

I would certainly expect so, the selling action we saw fri pm bar one large sale which could have been an overhang, would have been traders who jumped in jumping out.
However the significant thing is the quantities these guys held from circa 32p is very small compared to the huge amounts purchased at much higher values. I expect more of those momentum and swing traders have already left, so we could actually see some pretty significant rises once true value is confirmed ..By this I mean some concrete news otherwise it still is informed speculation which we know can be subject to heavy drops.

Yep was bound to happen, once they saw the btm confirmed, a lot of them jumped in with only one aim, to exit regardless as soon as their 10-20 % uplift had been achieved. This was one of the very few stocks which closed in the blue on Friday in a sea of red, so all things considered not a bad day.

My error, so also sorry if offended, you are correct about warehouse size, my original numbers were based on what we believed the Winclove order size was, we knew roughly how many batches had been produced and how many boxes in a batch.
Stacking sizes on euro pallets differ to uk, and the actual height each pallet is stacked does make a difference to warehouse capacity. However I came to the rough conclusion that the original order size was 250k one months supply. We also know that we are Wincloves second biggest customer and with a probability of becoming the largest.
It does hinge a bit on how many months supply Stuart wishes to hold in stock per subscriber, believe I went for less months than you did originally, think I went for 5, this was giving some flexibility as I know production facilities are rarely available at less than 3 months planning.
We knew it was going to be a soft launch, but not the time duration of that soft part, I believe it was flexible, as they needed to iron out all the kinks and flaws in the service. Also its been showed that it was the right approach as by all accounts they had a lot more problems than posted on here.
Personnel was another issue.. just to much workload to handle and why they have already been interviewing for extra staff.
So plans are all done and USA enhancers ready, believe hold up to turning that crank up handle was closer to home.
However I have missed one huge point....have they got enough customers....Well there are similar proven models for other products which following this proven route achieved spectacular sales. So knowing the huge costs other products have and the uniqueness of ours I believe they are going to be swamped with demand, when that "crank up" handle is turned.
How long??? well I believe within the next 4 weeks, get the new personnel in first.

Yep still by that one as well, Bet if you did that with every one of TW's predictions or anyone else then try and chuck it back into their face a good few months later their language would not be as polite as mine. We've all seen hindsight investors.

Just looking at a previous post around launch day see below...
Funny enough I still stand by it, although I'm not a fan of digging up old posts from several months ago and trying to say it was "over egged". indeed Stuart has since confirmed that we don't need those numbers to produce projected income.. margins are actually better than I forecast. Also time line is still achievable and falls in line with some professional projections as well.

For me the trigger points will be for me as we transition into a income generating machine.
3000 subs total turnover 1.5M
4464 subs profitability point of 1.5M (est)
25K subs 7M profit..... justifies 140M M/Cap, however if increasing subs could double P/E.
Believe 25K subs is going to be the real trigger, where transition to large income proves irresistible to the market. Even if OPTI and Seneca decided to sell, they would be crushed in the rush, and price wont miss a beat. In fact it will probably surge, as stock moves into firmer hands.
What I like is my timeline, as I know they already have the stock and the interest to meet the higher figures stated, and could indeed be there by late spring.

However one thing has definitely changed, and its not material at all, its market sentiment.
Following the latest Elrico update, investor confidence has changed to the upswing, many believed the doomsayers that things were going badly as share price eased for a long time at the end of last year. Now we have some belief that in fact the opposite is true, and things are very much firmly "to plan".

I believe investors are buying now and expecting this company to start the ball rolling on churning out some serious turnover.
The price being low makes it doubly attractive, yes there is some risk.. always is with any stock, but also strong potential for a easy ten bagger in 36 months.
All things considered, especially with Croda loving the lysate and giving that 2nd string to the bow chance to succeed, for many its a no brainer.

For me I like to break down a companies development into steps, then put a timeline against each step, all the while keeping a razor eye out for anything that might cause things to go pear shaped in a major way.
We are past the product development, design and testing stage, (might be a bit more to come from Uncle Sam),
Logistics storage and manufacturing is all sorted.
Initial launch now done, now at the Enhancers stage...which have a proven track record of success with many other targeted products.
One just has to stop and look back and see just how far we have come, 2 years or so. Quite a remarkable achievement in this time period.
Now the real beauty of this unique product, it works very well indeed, but you have to keep on taking it. This turns it into a very financially lucrative business once it gains a foothold, and all the early indications are (going by reports that current employees are snowed under and desperately need more personal) , that the plan is working very well after some hiccups during our soft launch.
And the real biggie ..share price..We know Mr.Market loves to see hard income earned and profits.. this will stop completely the wild swings we have seen over the past year when the market starts to draw a firm line between current income and future income. So for me we are almost now on the last stage, and believe in a few months this will be confirmed.

Can I ask why you view it as a risky share with a couple of products now bringing in increasing income streams, or are you comparing it to the likes of Barc/ NG. /southern electric etc, in which in the risk/reward cat I would agree with you.

I firmly believe things are most certainly "on the up", on a couple of fronts as well. Also know the team have been working flat out and still extremely stretched, that's why they have been recruiting more personnel to aid the current workload.

The lock ins are in effect a gentleman's agreement, so if both parties agree, the lock in period can be waived, those March sales where to a large player who wanted a decent holding so in effect the shareprice did not really get effected. Complete opposite to the "out of lock in" sale late last autumn, when 3m shares were in effect "dumped with some notice" onto the market. Yep we saw some flowery words, but when all the big players knew stock was being "forcibly sold", they offloaded theirs as well. Which resulted in carnage we saw until price now stabilised at current price.

One things for sure, we are seeing some pretty one sided share price action right now that on some days would have moved this price one hell of a lot more. News has been shared I know for sure, not saying it was from the previous snippet of course.
Believe we wont have long to wait and its clearly very positive.

I know TW can be a bit marmite to a lot of investors, I do however have a great amount of respect for him, and know that he does have quite a few different sources of information from his many years and great experience in providing share tips and advice. Yes he's certainly not always called it right, but he's certainly called some cracking gains in the past. Not afraid to call dodgy CEO's out, and also puts hard skin in the game. May have said hes been talking to SOH, and although we know "officially", SOH is "out of the loop".. But lets just toss this previously (and since denied), potential snippet out there. Say SOH had an offer for all his SBTX stock that he holds....we know who from. Who would have to be asked first...SA for permission to break the lock in, and what type of questions might SOH ask when mulling over the offer.?? So to say he knows nothing I very much doubt right now...Certainly up to three months ago, he might not have, but he will now....Then he chats to TW. .We now know the rest.

These modest gains today are really against the sea of red on the main market today.

Lot of investors and I dare say traders have been watching this stock closely during the drop, however no one likes to try and "catch the falling knife", certainty some signals coming out they we may have at last bottomed out, and we are seeing some buying returning. Know many on here will let out a sign of relief, and I expect many others will purchase more shares here than they sold.

I've tried to reason privately with some of those individuals, trying to explain what damage their actions do to innocent peoples lives in trying to **** down our products and put potential buyers off on product and stock. For me the former is the worst by far, however the effects of the later should not be underestimated. I got absolutely nowhere with individuals unwilling to discuss privately and only on the "soap box forums". It certainly made no sense unless you see their objectives, and you come to the conclusion that while we have forums where faceless individuals can hide behind the keyboard and post endless disinformation the only solution unfortunately is the ignore option.

Fully agree that we should do things constructive to try inform other sufferers that the product has given you success. However I do feel for normal users who try to take on these trolls who are very well informed, articulate when they want to be, and have a cunning way of distorting facts to further their own agenda. Foe the "average Joe" its often hassle they don't expect or want. Certainly our management team do know of these individuals who do this kind of thing, and I doubt these actions would be ignored for long. However we should post proven cases of positive effects for individuals taking axis, and how its improved their lives.
I actually love hearing them, because in a way our continued personal support in this company in a very small way is actually helping those people get some relief from a horrible condition. Have heard of a few cases that actually made my day. We are helping by supporting this company.

Believe the "Dictator" and his aliases, are the one and the same person who preys on the ADVFN board and ruined it for decent chat. Hes not a shareholder but has an axe to grind against any company that TW advocates buying. He spends all his time trying every technique to try and discredit company and its products, and if you speak up in favour because of the excellent effects say its had on your health you also become a target. Literally many thousands of posts and hrs spent. Dreadful way to behave, and trying to stop genuine psoriasis sufferers finding out about treatments which could really improve their lives.
