Many major institutions have a direct line to the CEO of the companies they have large holdings in. Do you think for one minute that similar conversations don't happen....of course they do, its just that the info is never shared on a public forum which causes some investors to think that preferential treatment is being dished out.
Must admit its not pleasant being criticised when you do share any snippets or observations, and I apologise if my posts seem like blatant ramping to some investors. It does make me think should those that then turn those posts into character attacks benefit from my and others hard work. Indeed I've had no special treatment, I just e-mail and ideas or suggestions to Stuart and the team, and often find they are already streets in front of me already. Nothing that anyone on here could actually do as well.

Belgrano (Mr 50,000 waiting list) consistently makes stuff up or tries to blow things out of proportion and when called out cannot back it up. How come you could buy day one if there was such a huge number of people on a waiting list? He won't be able to answer that. 100% ramper. End of.

The waiting list was a list where those could express an interest in buying the product before launch, nothing more...This was started before the price was even announced, if you did correct research you would know this.
On launch day only those that then filled and completed the payment then received the goods, on a "first past the post basis", as you had then decided to buy, got the product. That's how you could get product.
Believe that fully answers your question, no need to apologise, for your rudeness.

Think its important to remember who actually does supply information and does spend a lot of their time doing research and sharing on here for the benefit of all. Dead easy when traders are out and trying to get the share price down by resorting to personal attacks because they actually have contributed nothing on this forum.
In my book they are the lowest of the low, and unfortunately when money is at play , or they see any opportunity they crawl out and try to spread doubt. Indeed this company is doing a cracking job, and led by top class team. I've taken my own time out to meet them and look them in the eye , and know we are really onto a good thing here.
I doubt those ****ging off the stock currently have ever done that.
I wont be selling myself short by spreading fear....can anyone actually point me to any bad news currently or why I should sell and not buy??? In fact I'll be doing the opposite.

SOH who sold opti stock and caused price crash does not know whats happening with this company. I have a personal view thats its partly to keep their lights on. The other point is we were told before launch NO UPDATES were likely to be given this year . Stuarts a man of his word, so even if they had sold nearly all the 200k odd months supply of stock we would not hear anything........
I know they have a very carefully worked out plan, and as SA tells us "this isn't our first rodeo."
Rest is the unknowledgeable , fearing somethings wrong and offloading......
Well I see a big institution understands this and has been hovering up all the cheap shares recently, and doubt they have finished yet going by their previous buying history in other companies.

Glad to oblige, without direct info it does add more balance to point at higher probability of success. However the uniqueness of the product also helps significantly.

This fact was released at the manchester meet, and I've posted that meeting on here. Stuart told us that at first UK ones were leading but overtaken by USA ones. That's when we were told pre subscription interest was going up at "an alarming rate". He then endorsed this point by saying " bet even now someone is filling a form in".
As a slight aside I know repeat subscription orders do not have any numbers on them...Was told that today, by someone whos just got Jans order in early.
Then went on to say we were Wincloves second biggest customer and could become the largest.
Well would you pre-order X amount of product unless you were confident you had lots of pre interest???
Its why I'm scratching around for some funds right now...a real steal.
My first target was 1500 by christmas.

We know that pre registration numbers in USA outnumbered UK ones prior to launch, and they had only received limited advertising at this point, such is the advantage of huge mailing lists by the NPF.
You have also confirmed other cases in the uk have purchased like me....so stands to reason our friends in the tribe over the pond have also done the same.
The free samples are extra, to the NPF, as it was pointed out and known pre launch, that the advertising video although good does not feature Americans or NPF members.
In a way its not much difference than the buy one get one free, however our study experience proved that most who saw improvements have become subscribers..so a clever way of getting in extra customers, especially if they are given the initial months supply, may well then indorse our products to their fellow countrymen.
Believe this is the main reason for the soft launch, get them to recommend to each other our product are sales could easily skyrocket.
Sales evidence is only circumstantial with straw poll info, and we agree with Stuarts idea of not releasing any data at all, I am not pessimistic, in fact highly optimistic all things considered.

Whoever says sales are poor is kidding themselves. Dont be fooled by the price drop..SOH is completely out of the loop.
However current sales info as we were told before launch is totally unknown.
However we do have what we know about pre launch registrations is that they were increasing at an alarming rate.
I also know several people who intended to buy have done so who pre subscribed an interest, and also know that USA customers were outstipping uk ones in numbers.
Now throw in the fact that the NPF has been advertising our products hard for the past 6 weeks and we have sent them an extra 8K months worth of free samples, as we know a high percentage that try..buy.
As for price that was mentioned...and sticking my neck out here a tad, info is just unknown currently, but knowing we are currently undersold, if the right sales announcement was released when SA is ready to do so, we could open back over 70p in a trice.

Hello Farris, many thanks...about 5 -10 years difference then so not much. also stacks up as a really big change..indeed worth buying the product for in those peoples viewpoints.

Just going a step further with this one...and I don't know the answer but its an common-sense idea, does our skin start to slightly overproduce when we get older, or gut bacterial balance declines, so taking axis restores that balance making facial lines disappear by settling down skin reproduction growth. Natural way to in effect look younger, which many pay very dearly for.
As an aside good to see the RNS...Tyndall snapping up all the cheap stock, bet those who flogged expecting some further drop in price might have lucked out. Know hey often take a 10% stake...still more to go.

Great to see that your other half is also getting similar results. Always a bit tricky when you post something that although factual is a bit off the wall as to what's been expected or known so to speak. I've been pondering half the night as to what could be the reasons behind this, and possibly why its not been reported in the study already.
Can I ask you Farris roughly whay age your other half is....Just that I'm thinking the majority in the study didn't fall into this same age bracket, so might not have even had much in the way of "facial lines" to disappear. Also its got to be said and I'm not being biased here, that the fairer sex tend to notice and care more about these things than us gents. So that could indeed have ruled out a lot more study candidates as well...Also attention was on psoriasis and not face lines disappearing and in effect "looking younger" . So I doubt it would be reported.
So so we now have the similar effects in a couple of ladies, and didn't start to see improvement until three or so weeks into treatment. Almost as if the bodies natural skin replacement cycle is settling down, and tightens up making the lines disappear. I'm thinking that we associate psoriasis with skin sores and redness caused by multiple skin layers overlapping and letting infection in, however stands to reason we would have many mild cases, where there is a smaller amount of overproduction of skin cells, and when this calms down it tightens the skin making these lines disappear.

You are right Chris, it does not explain it. Its' one of the reasons I posted it here and sent off a line to Stuart as well. Person I was discussing is a really fit active lady, and healthcare professional so I trust her word implicitly.
However we did find some other positive side effects when the original study was on, although "sample size" was probably too small to get conclusive results. I expect we were not looking at those areas, however know we were getting other reports like "dandruffs cleared up", and "arthritic pain has gone".

Hi Aquea S, I fully agree , however it’s certainly happening for this lady aged about 60. Could be no one looked for it or checked, I mean if I had psoriasis last thing I’d look for is any signs of skin improvement on non effected areas, or many people of different age groups might not care, but for certain ages looking a good few years younger is clearly marketable, and in this case it’s proven.

I don’t know if there are similarities between the axis product and the lysate, clearly one is topical and the other oral. Also one is live bacteria, sent an enquiry to SA but no reply yet. However these are certainly unexpected and great changes.

Just wanted to update you just on one good friends wife who has been taking our product since the launch. She initially just bought one months supply with the free months worth as she did have a small patch of dry skin which she hoped would clear up. It did indeed start to clear up but she wasn’t really sure whether it was just skins natural recycle growth replenishment or the treatment that caused the improvement. However she did say she didn’t think it was worth the cost of buying more product for such a small patch of dry skin. Unfortunately the market is more complex than that, it wasnt a case of just taking such a small amount off the table as you say, but the secondary reaction those actions have. Word soon got around that their biggest shareholder wanted to offload 3M shares at a strike price 18p or so below what the share price was at that time. So what actually happened...those that subscribed starting selling down existing stock as well, knowing they could get XXX amount for 55p... Instead of one company doing it in a orderly rate, it became a scramble to offload....throw in a recent major launch with no news and rumour mill goes into overdrive, like "SOH must have knowledge about whats going on". "Why is the biggest holder bailing, ". and so on. Market cap crashed, by 40M or so, and the value opti holders had in SBTX stock nearly halved.
Not to mention losses opti holders firstly faced when SBTX stock dropped, and secondly when the remaining stock in SBTX that in essence OPTI holds on their behalf also smashed, now causing OPTI to stagnate further.
I dont think for one minute that the announced intentions of what OPTI intend to do with the cash is worth anything like the damage raising the capital with terrible timing has achieved.
Like deliberately kicking the football in you own goal by the team captain.

Think some cause if the dramatic loss of SBTX share price and market cap. Whereas we held a large value amount in SBTX, in effect flooding the market with sold stock has spooked large investors in buying there. So devaluation there is now being felt here regarding how much we still hold. Also many shareholders hold both stocks, essentially hurting the investors who have supported SOH for years. So certainly in my viewpoint much more harm done by selling that stock than a small rights issue here.
