The current SP reflects the expected impact of all the impending new shares hitting the Market. Not saying the SP won't sink lower! If you believe in IHT technology this is so highly-geared it's unbelievable! £1 by Xmas 2024? Not impossible.

My whole PF is based on binary bets! Some you win and most you lose but paying any attention to magmanus_49 will get you nowhere! Why do these entities descend on troubled companies? Obviously, there's money to be made but it's extremely risky so good luck to all of you vermin!

Another point: with almost £9k invested in TWD I'm entitled to just 5,763 shares in the shareholder offer which will cost me £57.63! Buying 46,096 shares would get my average down from 38.6p to 13.5p which doesn't look too bad! One or two decent contracts and TWD will be over 20p or, without contracts, it goes bust! A wonderful binary bet!

Funding sorted temporarily. Unfortunately, the "pipeline of opportunities" has always been just over the horizon for TWD. Yes, just one £billion contract is all they need - place your bets! As a qualifying shareholder I'm tempted to take up my allocation but the SP is more than likely to sink below 1p without some badly-needed good news.

Lifestyle companies are usually found in the Commodity sector - unusual for a tech company!

Haven't you noticed EVERY rise is sold into? I remain confident in ORR long-term but I still sold 40% of my holding this morning and banked a 30% profit. All these new rampers should not be trusted. I've been looking at the other shares you've commented on and IIP is nothing like them! What I look for in an investment is hidden value and IIP ticks all the boxes! Patience may be required but that's true for most investments. If hidden value attracts you may I suggest you research everything I'm invested in? GRX, IES, KP2, LOGP, ORR, RCH, TOM, TWD, ZIOC.
