I sold 26% of my holding this morning - 4,000 shares were easy to sell whereas no price was available for 5,000. It's a love/hate relationship I have with all my holdings. It's all very well selling up and moving on but where to?
The disconnect here between the SP and the fundamentals is so frustrating and it's a similar situation with EOG. The yawning gap used to attract investors but that no longer seems to be the case.

Loving all the asterisks! And they call it Artificial Intelligence? Very sad to read about someone who was run over by a driverless car. And the motorcyclists who have been rear-ended by driverless cars who think they're a lot further away.
The constant underperformance of the SP is really depressing - I'll be selling a third of my holding tomorrow (assuming I can get a price!)

Thinking about it a bit more, it's highly commendable the Management are prepared to meet individual investors. I can think of thousands of other companies who couldn't be bothered. As for “if you can’t be civilised, best to say nothing at all” those days are long gone (and rightly so!) It reminds me that all the reverence for our late Queen can't hide the fact that she ruined many people's encounter with her with the terse remark "Speak when you're spoken to!" It has always annoyed me! Talk about delusions of grandeur!

I have never thought about attending an Investor Meeting but maybe I should? As long as there's a few sausage rolls on offer I would like to meet the men who have cost me £thousands! Still, they never forced me to invest...

Just noticed you're buying HUM after I bailed out with a 15% profit on a T + 20. It struck me that if they can't get their AISC down to a sensible level they're fooked - obviously you think they can! My one and only gold investment remains ORR to which I'm far too attached. Ditto IIP, IES, KP2, LOGP, TWD and ZIOC. As always, time will tell.

I prefer to expect suspension and a decent offer, probably Chinese, and GLEN will be glad to see the back of Zanaga.
They have said they're not interested in greenfield projects .
As for trading ZIOC, I'm too timid! I wouldn't want to be out over an infinite number of weekends!

Agreed but are you expecting a steady rise? LTH's like myself always imagined a sudden suspension and we'd awake to a wonderful offer. Obviously, new punters will want to participate so the higher the SP the better. If the SP reaches 99p I might be tempted to exit!

You make a good point fromage but it begs the question why new investors aren't being attracted by the fundamentals.
I have lost faith in BEN but I'm reluctant to sell at the current SP. Multiply that by thousands of other investors and it's hard to see the SP rising! Just tried selling 5000 shares and a price wasn't available. The contrarian in me urges me to seize the day!

Having said that I'm extraordinarily fond of WTFDIK - it sums up everything!

Two of the sells today are me Bed & ISA-ing most of my investment in TWD and banking a 20% profit . I'd rather not dwell on the 3,027 shares I bought within my ISA at an average price of 177p but I remain confident. Surely TWD is a screaming takeover target - I envisage several factories around the globe turning out IHT.

I suspect all the buys are sells but what difference does it make?
This week I bailed out of HUM with a 15% profit after thinking about whether they will ever make a profit.
Meanwhile, ORR is attractive because nobody knows what 's underground.
It sounds obvious but at the current SP it could be the bargain of the century - who knows?

Only another 6566% rise needed to hit 200p which I'm hoping for but WTFDIK? 100p would be better than a poke in the eye and possibly the most we can hope for but I remain the optimist. I have other irons in the fire - maybe some of them will surprise me?

On 3 October when the SP was also 24p you posted you were "down 35% in maybe 3 weeks" and today you say you're down 80%. Are both statements true? If so, you must have invested originally around the 52 week high. This is a high risk tech stock which could easily quadruple from here which would get you your money back. And it's buyers & sellers who determine the SP, not the Management, who would appear to be winning new contracts. It's not their fault if irrational Mr. Market takes a dim view.

Very interesting! Holding not folding and I can't believe all those "sells" yesterday were really sells. One decent buy on Thursday sent ZIOC up 14% and I'm expecting something similar here.
