To quote asp2014 from a while ago: How nice to have a bit of intrigue back around the share. And, obviously, ZIOC is "shuffling slowly towards something" or none of us would be invested. I've been feeling inexplicably happy lately so I'm anticipating a jackpot materialising but it might not be ZIOC! It could be my brain chemicals having a laugh but I haven't felt this optimistic for a very long time! Early signs of Dementia? It wouldn't surprise me.

IES is certainly a very unusual share! Whoever paid 23.72p @ 0801 this morning was down 11% within 2 hours.

There's no need to feel ashamed about getting your timing wrong so stop beating yourself up! I've only been an IES shareholder for 6 days and I'm down 22% - Grrr! We all know Mr Market can remain illogical for far longer than investors can stay solvent but I'm very surprised the SP is down 7% today if the presentation was positive. I invested as a LTH so I'm not too worried - the future is bright whatever the current SP.

International Distributions Services will be the name for the listed holding company, with the Royal Mail name remaining for its UK letters and parcels business.

I apologise. And I had had a bad week but most of them are these days! Only invested in IES last week and I'm already down 10%.

The stock is NOT going to zero and charts aren't all they're cracked up to be.

Anyone interested in binary bets beyond ZIOC should research: KP2 (same country but more advanced), LOGP (surely the Irish will finally embrace energy security?), EOG (ditto), GRX (huge award expected), IIP (possible sale of major investment at multiples of current NAV) and to a lesser extent ORR, TWD, ZEN, IES etc.

Maybe BEN will surprise us all? Now my 3rd largest investment but the fundamentals remain.

In the current Market the SP will hit almost zero if there's yet another placing. More imaginative funding required! Or , in the interest of shareholder value, invite a takeover? Funny how I'm relying on a takeover offer to bail me out of not only ORR but also TWD and IES. As for Gold as a "safe haven" I think those days are long gone.

That shouldn't happen - who is your broker? With a plunging share it can be almost impossible to sell at a sensible price but buyers are usually more than welcome! Pleased to see the 200k buy yesterday but WTFDIK?

I was wondering when a more recent comment would emerge and, like buses, there's two! My stockbroker required me to fill in a form before I'm allowed to invest in this high-risk entity. It remains in my Watchlist.

It certainly looks like lithium's days are numbered if there isn't enough to go round. I think EVs are a dead duck if they plunge in value as soon as the batteries need replacing. EVs are pricing the average motorist out of the market but the excrement will hit the fan when far from old cars are deemed worthless which is already happening. Much more green to buy a Mustang V8? Meanwhile, IES looks poised to reap unlimited rewards while the sanity continues.

You are the moron! HellasVerona's questions are perfectly valid. How much are you down after investing in IES? And who cares about derampers with the SP at this level? Or any level? Either you believe in the technology or you don't - it's a waiting game.

An RNS which didn't lead to a 75% plunge! But up 75% the next day. Or maybe not. Starting to think like Warren Buffett who advised punters to only buy shares they were prepared to hold if the Stock Market were suddenly closed. Scary!

I have often wondered what the NAV was! Thank you. If the tide turns this will absolutely rocket with so few shares in issue. News of new contracts would help together with new finance not involving a placing which I don't think is impossible. TWD have been around since 1989 and today's RNS appears to suggest Business As Usual even with over £7m of debt. Extremely highly-geared recovery share? £1 by Xmas?

Where is the tsunami of overseas buyers for undervalued UK companies? Just over the horizon? Who knows? I bought yesterday as IES has been in my Watchlist for ages and I had some spare cash! Yet another company in need of contracts but that's the Market at the moment. Whatever happened to strong politicians as opposed to the incompetent morons currently in charge? Unbelievably, Kwarteng has a PhD in Economic History!

I don't think so! This remains a very high risk binary bet which is why I invested in the first place!
