A year ago the SP was over £1 and IES is peddling the technology the world craves. A future billion pound company if someone doesn't take it over in the meantime at a bargain price. I blame Brexit for the ludicrous undervaluation of British tech companies. See also TWD.

It's very unusual to extend warrants. Anyone selling today doesn't understand why extending the warrants is a huge plus. TOM would dearly love the £3.5m to enter their coffers if the warrants were exercised @ 0.9p. Therefore, the SP must rise!

They're looking a gift horse in the mouth. The strange case of the extended warrants should alert them to a much higher SP by next March. And the financing should be non-dilutive so what's the problem?

I'm hoping for a lot more than 50p! I think 200p is more realistic bearing in mind the SP has been over 300p in the past.
My other tech stock IES is # 1 Top Riser today after winning a major contract. A few more contracts for TWD would be transformational.

Current Mkt. Cap. is £3m. Assume they sell DLI for £30m and suddenly, ignoring other assets, the NAV is 10x the Mkt. Cap. In theory, the SP should rise. Alternatively, if they wind up the company then that £30m is shared among all the shareholders (in theory). I have no idea what DLI is worth - it could be far less or a lot more than £30m. Another thing to factor in is the company's debt.

haggismchaggis1 makes a crucial point and, judging by all the buys , plenty of punters think TOM may have finally turned the corner and will be able to deliver shareholder value from here. What I found interesting was the extension of the warrants exercisable @ 0.9p to March 2023. It's very much in TOM's interest for the SP to be over 0.9p by then so they get to trouser £3.5m - half the current Mkt. Cap.!

Are you a bit dense? "As previously announced, the Board remains in discussions with third parties regarding the sale of further assets, including Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Limited, and further announcements will be made as and when appropriate." That is the jewel in the crown, worth multiples of the current SP as bbr391 helpfully points out. What's wrong with winding up the business if it generates enormous shareholder value?

The biggest obstacle the SP faces is that EVERY rise is sold into! Even at this low SP - I despair but happy to hold!

Percentage of shares N.I.P.H. 75.57% - expect fireworks! Even with yesterday and today's rises I'm still underwater - timing is everything!

Is the tide finally turning? Half my PF is invested in two shares: ZIOC 38% and ORR 12% with LOGP close behind. The fundamentals support ZIOC and LOGP but ORR is a wild card and I'm feeling lucky! Kindly supply your own maniacal laughter!

Down 12% on tiny volume - just shows how many shares are held in sticky paws. Only wish I'd traded my holding @ 5.8p and bought back @ 4.8p but fear overcame greed! And it can be very difficult to get back in after you've left. Just as it's often difficult to leave after you've entered. Good luck to anyone managing to trade ZIOC profitably as the jackpot could arrive at any time. I'm now hoping for an early takeover @ 80p which will give me a profit of £293k.

1p by Xmas? 5p by Xmas 2023? Sooner or later there's going to be another GGP and I've placed my bet on ORR. Apart from that, sooner or later the POG will explode but who knows when? It might be around the time nuclear bunkers are suddenly in demand (which apparently they are already). For £500k you can live underground in Essex after the bomb drops but who'd want to? Suffolk is far superior.

Firstly, thank you extrader for all your common sense! A tiny islet in a sea of ignorance! As you say, the biggest threat is the revocation of the mining licence but with GLEN onboard that won't happen.

Been here for years and still 20% underwater! I welcome the change in ownership but my dreams of waking up to a takeover offer of at least 100p have faded somewhat - not sure why...

Hi penstock, my history with BEN is complicated. I started off buying 20,000 shares in October '21 @ 15p then bought another 6,240 shares @ 32p in December '21 followed by another 2,495 shares @ 51p in June '22. I Bed & ISA'd the 20,000 shares in December '21 which generated a 122% profit and I've sold various amounts this year. My best profit was 222% and my worst loss 35%. I currently hold 11,000 shares which I have no plans to sell.
