RE: Cash balances of ?7.4m17 Apr 2018 11:19
Hi BlahBlahDoh,
I was also concerned by the numbers in the report. If we look at them there's $9.64M in the bank including the owed tax credit. If spending and revenue remains constant that will go down to $4.84M. Although the company say they will be funded until the middle of next year they will have $0.4M left! I'm sure they will look for more funding when they get to $5M or, in time for the full year results.
The new partnership will come with new costs as well as new revenue. I will also be encouraged by product launches that will increase display revenue. So will upfront money for the contract plus revenue from display sales minus increased costs reduce the $4.8M loss?
I don't know. Peel Hunt's and Edison's numbers are easily enough to do so though so I see both sets of analysis as positive.
