The share price on PH's appointment on 29.10.21 was 320p. What value did they bring? Awful appointment. Good riddance and lets get back in to the hundreds of pence again - and soon!

Yes & we then go from 45p a share to 90p a share much quicker and from there to 180p with news. That's how the SAR share price works historically. i.e. we are likely to see a repeat of 2021's mega surge if the P1a news from Oz is as promising as we expect it to be.

All eyes will be on Bobbler's next price prediction! He's one to listen to, if you are a newbie. He was posting from sub 1p about the likely timescale of hitting 2p, 4p, 8p, 9p (450p post consolidation tinkering) etc and his predictions were 100% right. i.e. Bobbler is someone who has got it spot on in the past and has demonstrated that he understands how this share price fluctuates just prior to news. It would be interesting to see his next price prediction therefore!

Yes as Brighty1 points out the SAR MCAP was over £450 Million under 3 years ago. We are 10% of that today. A huge multi-bag opportunity is opening up for the astute investor.

SAR was over 140p a share 12 months ago and was over 450p a share in 2021. Therefore the current share price today is buttons for a company on the cusp of unveiling data that could transform the MCAP and share price and transform lives. i.e. The share price is 10% of what it was 3 years ago. Onwards and upwards to the hundreds of pence a share, where it belongs.

Good find by MSA re Abu Dhabi’s IHC's proposed $1bn African mining deals, including the nearby Konkola Copper Mine. Interesting! Key points from the FT article include:

1. IHC is chaired by Abu Dhabi royal Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is also the United Arab Emirates’ national security adviser and a key business figure, said the newspaper.

2. IHC was also hoping to buy Konkola Copper Mine (KCM) and was in discussions with the Zambian government as well as shareholder Vedanta which wants to sell a minority stake. “Next to Mopani is KCM . . . we are talking to the government because it makes a lot of sense that one party manages Mopani and KCM,” Shueb told the Financial Times.

3. ABU Dhabi conglomerate IHC gate-crashed Sibanye-Stillwater’s bid for Mopani copper mine in Zambia.

4. IHC CEO Syed Basar Shueb, told the Financial Times, that its IRH subsidiary was busy signing JV agreements.

According to Genedrive's guidance once NICE sign off the MT-RNR1 ID Kit for national use it opens up an annual revenue stream from UK sales of £8.5 million. Let that sink in!

Which is why 1.5p a share for the Placing, REX and OO shares represents tremendous value for this bombed out share and why the directors are also buying. i.e. Russ Shaw £25,500, Gino Miele £15,000, Ian Gilham £10,000, James Cheek £10,000, Tom Lindsay £10,000 and Chris Yates £3,000. A x 10 multi-bag from the 1.5p offer to 15p a share in 2024 is very likely.

I would check out Cawdor and Brighty1's posts on here. They were flagging up ROAD a while back as a multi-bag in the making when it was called Barkby (bark). Since then it's gone from 3p to 12p and is hovering around the 10p mark. The background to the big gain is that Roadside Real Estate is aiming to create a portfolio worth £250 million over time. They have £100 Million of equity at their disposal following the Meadow Partners deal. A couple of month ago they were talking up an investment pipeline in excess of £150 million. A MCAP of £14 Million today could become a £100 Million MCAP company quite quickly. A quick look at the share charts & you will see that this was in excess of 40p not so long ago when the ticker was BARK.

Yes, it's encouraging to see from the RNS that the known marker horizons are present and similar to KoBold's huge (& nearby) Mingomba project. As you say, 2p a share is more than possible here initially on a KoBo JV drill success. However, if these licences do prove to have copper - and we are just weeks away from finding out with Konkola West - you are looking at more like 6-8p a share and maybe even 10p+ for a takeover based on all the licences in Zambia, Nevada and Sweden. i.e. The multi-bag potential on good drill news with KoBold could be huge and very similar to what happened at GGP. We know how that panned out: Those that invested in GGP in the 0.55 days saw a x 65 increase in their holding to over 35p a share. TYM's share price is certainly on the launch pad and today the company has provided yet more evidence to the astute investor of the massive potential of the Konkola West Copper Project. Big money could be about to be made here.

VAL went from 3p to over 60p in 2020 on positive news after the re-organisation of the BOD / director changes happened and the the 125 into 1 share deal occurred. i.e. another decent rise could happen on good news. Just saying!

15p a share this year is only x 10 from the REX / Open Offer price. That's very doable in the pharma sector. Many, including me, view this as a bombed out share price so positive news could make a very big impact. Hence why we are snapping up the REX and OO deal.

Some background, for the doubters:

1. 'Specialised Commissioning' and FDA news as per James Cheek's comments in the Investor Meet presentation. If this happened it would help self finance the MT-RNR1 ID Kit through to sales. Check out the Investor Meet presentation for his exact words but James Cheek was waxing lyrical about both of these opportunities hopefully coming to fruition. i.e. Positive news could make a big impact.

2. The reality is that when final NICE recommendation is given on 10th July 2024 GDR can then actively pursue commercialisation in the UK with the MT-RNR1 ID Kit. This is worth up to £8.5 million each year in revenues in the UK.

3. The EU market for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit is up to £46.8 million PA in sales.

4. Shares in the pharma sector tend to have huge gains on good news. TPST last September gained 3,900%. Yes x 39 on good news. NCYT went up x 100. Sar went up x 45. PYC went up x 30 in 1 week etc etc.

It also worth pointing out that Dr Ian Gilham, Chair of Genedrive, has a track record of selling his businesses for hundreds of millions. £250 Million for Axis-Shield & £300 Million for Horizon Discovery.

So, 1.5p a share for a REX Retail offer and 1.5p a share for the Open Offer represents good value on the above basis and is why 15p a share, at least, could be achieved this year. I hope this answers some of your questions about GDR's prospects that have been appearing on here over the last few days.

I'm in for the REX Offer and the Open Offer with my various brokers as 1.5p is looking like a very good buy in price for both short / medium term gains via REX and averaging down via OO. I can see this achieving 15p this year, at least.

Tiger16, Barclays Smart Investor has now updated its system for the Open Offer in the Corp Action section and you can apply for as many shares as you like / can afford at 1.5p subject to the usual caveats. I'm going to be snapping these up.

Barclays has still not updated the Open Offer in the Corporate Actions section in the Barclays Sipp on its SmartInvestor portal, which is administered by AJ Bell. They just have a holding page with no actions to apply for entitlements and extra shares. Very slow. Normally they are quicker than this! Come on Barclays Smart Investor there are many existing shareholders that want to buy in to the 1.5p 1 for 1 Open Offer.

Don't panic! The Open Offer is open to all shareholders, so Barclays are duty bound (as our other brokers) to confirm the open offer in the corporate action section of your account. They just need chasing up. The REX is just open to a few, such as AJ Bell, HL etc. That said, I'm still waiting for my brokers to upload the open offer as a Corporate Action. I will then buy my OO entitlement - and hopefully much more - at the 1.5p offer. It's a "No brainer" at 1.5p.

Does anyone know when the 1 for 1 Open Offer 1.5p shares will be available to register how many you want? No Corporate Actions are showing in any of my trading accounts? I want to snap these up at 1.5p and apply for more. Anyone have an update to share? Thanks.

AZ paid $100m cash up front for another Phase 1 company, TeneoTwo. AZ also included R&D-related milestone payments of up to $805m and additional contingent commercial-related milestone payments of up to $360m. i.e. A total of up to $1.265 billion. i.e. There is so much M&A activity these days with phase 1 candidates, both in on-licencing and takeover transactions. Sareum could be next with SDC-1801.
