A X 10 from .78 today to 7.8p would only be a £290 Million MCAP.

1. That's very possible in this sector.

2. RKH and GGP both became Billion MCAP companies on the back of their good news.

3. A x 10 gain is relatively modest in this industry with JV news.

4. It could all happen quite quickly if the EWT is as positive as many expect.

5. A sub £300 Million MCAP would also make HE1 attractive for M&A activity from a major player on the back of good EWT news.

Having been invested in ARB and more pertinently GGP when they signed their JV agreement with Newcrest I can vouch for the mega rises that do happen with the likes of ARB, NCYT, SAR etc. With GGP it rose from under 3p to over 35p. The really lucky ones were those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 who saw a x 65 increase in their holding. In a nutshell, mega multi-bags can and do happen. BOIL could be next with a JV. A similar GGP x 65 style mega bag here would be nice!

I agree with you. I've been invested in SAR for 14 years and TM has never hit a deadline yet. However, there is always a first! What I do know, though, is that when the UKRI data for SDC-1801 was released on July 1st 2021 in the months pre-and post that event the share price climbed dramatically. It looks to me that history is about to repeat itself.

Yes quite right Recalibrate88 and it's very likely that the 12 month high of 10p intraday will be dwarfed when a MOU / Heads of Terms or JV is confirmed with a major player.

1. The industry big wigs know full well that all the available data is pointing to unrisked prospective recoverable Helium in the area where HE1 is drilling of a whopping 138 billion cubic feet (bcf), making this the largest known primary helium deposit in the world. i.e. HE1 are in the right place at the right time.

2. The size of the prize is therefore huge and industry players will be circling HE1 soon enough for partnerships at both the Itumbula West-1 and Tai-3 wells. When this happens we will see HE1 "Mega Multi-Bag".

3. This is another Argo (ARB) Greatland (GGP) and Rockhopper (RKH) multi-bagger in the making. We know what happened: ARB went from 3p to 300p, a whopping x 100! The really big rise took just 3 months: 10p in December 2020 to over 300p in February 2021. i.e. a gain of 290p in under 90 days. For those invested in GGP, as you say, since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding with the Newcrest JV. I know because I was part of that mega rise. We could be about to see something similar here with HE1. Certainly exciting times to be invested in HE1 and the 0.5p raise will be seen in the future as a huge opportunity for people to have acquired shares very very cheaply.

Yes, Inpex, Shell, TotalEnergies, Exxon, BP etc as the JV partner would see the BOIL share price go crazy as you say. It would be small beer to them to buy in to BOIL, when you see their MCAPS:

Yes and Noble are believed to have discovered about $4.5 Billion worth of helium in the ground from just one target, which is the adjacent well to HE1's Itumbula West-1. Hence the excitement of "a company making discovery". Noble is basing this on a 2-3% helium flow rate. We've announced a 4.7% helium flow rate. Therefore, HE1 could be worth $Billions in the future on this basis. Great news, as you say, if your are a patient longterm HE1 shareholder.

Well we agree on that CP. I bought £7,500+ worth of HE1 shares at 0.51 and 0.52 at the opening today and will keep all of them for 10p+ as a x 20 multi-bag is coming here in due course.

Well, a £250 million Mcap would be small beer if a Term Sheet or JV announcement for an earn-in and joint venture agreement with a major helium business was announced. I’d say 5p a share is just for starters in the run up to an RNS confirming the EWT and then JV. When that happens we will see the share price sail past 5p a share. Remember GGP went from 3p to over 30p when its JV deal with Newcrest was announced. GGP's Mcap today is currently £375 Million at 7.37p. We also know that GGP achieved a £1 Billion+ Mcap – yes £1 Billion - when it gained x 100 from 3p to 30p+ with its JV. Therefore, the magnitude of the helium find at Itumbula West-1 has been described as a "game changer" for a reason and a £250 Million MCAP is certainly doable in 2024.

Yes and don't forget too that HE1 was trading at 6p back in November, over x 10 of the opening price today. There's lots of scope for a major rise in Q3 and Q4 of 2024 with the EWT and possible partnerships.

Since November we've also had the guidance of a helium seep measuring up to 10.4% (massive in our industry), we've had the itumbula 4.7% helium flow discovery 9,000 times above background levels (huge in the sector) and confirmation of a hydrogen flow of 2.2% over 37,000 times above background levels (again huge in the sector). That is why many on here are rightly enthused about HE1 and its medium to long term prospects.

HE1 is big news in our industry and there won't be many CEO's in this space unaware of the helium levels that have been found at Itumbula. A JV or MOU deal would be very cheap for a company such as Exxon ($505 Billion Mcap) or Air Liquide (104 Billion Mcap). i.e. The major helium players such as Exxon, Air Liquide etc will be fully up to speed on HE1's discovery and that helium is flowing to the surface in "such significant concentrations", that this "has confirmed a globally unique helium producing province". It all hinges on the EWT. If positive - and that's been the guidance to date from HE1 - a significant JV deal is likely to follow. That's the tipping point we are all waiting for.

Yes and the "facts" speak for themselves. i.e. a 4.7% helium flow is a big discovery in our sector. HE1 is reporting it is 9,000 times above background levels. The 2.2% hydrogen flow is over 37,000 times above background levels. Plus don't forget that reference to a helium seep which measured up to 10.4% back in November. HE1 is going to join the mega multi-bag club on this basis.

Yes, bring on the EWT and a JV and the share price will be absolutely soaring.

It's also worth remembering that in the 7th February £4.7million fund raise RNS the company made it abundantly clear, as does the current funding RNS, that helium is flowing to the surface in such significant concentrations that this has confirmed a globally unique helium producing province. You really cannot be more clear than that. i.e. This looks massive and remember ours is pure helium without hydrocarbons.

Regarding the monetisation of HE1's Itumbula well it's also worth adding that "Commercial" normally equates to helium concentrations of anywhere between 0.04- and 0.35%. HE1 is reporting helium concentrations up to 4.7% at the Itumbula West-1 well. This is why HE1 is "potentially a world-class helium source". There is little doubt that the major players in the industry will not already have had their interest piqued by the 4.7% announcement and just need the EWT confirmation before making an approach to HE1 for a JV. When this happens it will be GGP all over again.
