So now we are in a situation of complete stagnation. No SP movement, no update from BOD as to what's going on. Silence and inactivity - apparently.

Fair point Kopf. My problem is that it is deliberately disguised to be something it's not. (Apparently!!??)

I guess he would have cleared this sale with his fellow Directors? If not, he will be drinking the Bolly alone as he's just cost his colleagues a fortune.

The point is that, whatever they are, they are portrayed to be "Buys" which should be disallowed if they're actually something else (rollover/ sell etc). The numbers don't actually match with the cost of 3,450,000 shares at 28p being "1m".
Anyway - all part of the irritation.

There seems to be an 'external force' that is "holding the SP down at 30p" so that shares can be bought cheaply and sold at a profit. Is that right? Is that a fair market?

As I said before- we need either some action or some news. Now getting slightly ridiculous!

As a LTH I am getting a bit fed up with EUAs lack of communication. No - I haven't sold any shares.
Do we know a sale (of some kind) is progressing? Why can't EUA tell us unequivocally? We don't need to know Company names or intimate details.
The last meaningful RNS caused the SP to reduce by 30% and now it just hovers around 30p for no apparent reason (except the famous, manipulative "MMs"). Are we waiting for Lawyers to attend to the Sales and Purchase details? Are the Bankers having trouble? We go from week to week with no apparent progress so should I be worried enough to take some profits??

Fact is - if you own 29 million share in EUA you can sell a few whenever you feel like it.

Friend of mine bought 1 million shares for £6,000. 3 million is not a huge investment in those terms but it takes confidence to hold on.

£1.78 please!! Our BOD would not assemble such a team for anything less than this.

Suspension? 11 Feb 2020 if I recall.
