Once again, I have to observe that PP is correct. There are loads of buys but a great many of them are for seriously paltry amounts like £14!! Most of the sells are for £19,000 +!!
Not deramping - that's what happened and it didn't affect the SP much - unsurprisingly.

I think you talk a lot of sense regarding the sale of EUA. Over 20% of FSPs don't result in a sale. I think PP is just recommending some caution and realism. If the sale falls through I would think 12p would be highly likely. On the plus side, the BOD have so much skin in the game that a fall to 12p because of their failure to execute a sale would be eye watering to their personal fortunes too. Let's not shoot the messenger all the time. Not really interested in what individuals would do in certain circumstances (sell and take a hit etc etc) - that is really up to them. Personally I will keep my quite significant holding (2m +) to see how this plays out. I had no idea I could be so patient but I can and I truly think this will all end well. Not "Happy Clapping" - just confident and tolerant of other opinions. GLA

We certainly hope so but I can still see the logic whereby some folks just think they've made enough so they sell at a huge profit instead of an enormous one. Doesn't make them wrong - just cautious.

After all the research rowka has shared, who are we to question his investment technique. How do we know what is personal situation is? Perhaps all the research is to instil confidence - not to justify further expense. Perhaps £10,000 is simply enough. I have a good pal who bought 1million shares for £6000 and he has already sold £18,000 worth and is sleeping soundly at night. Each to his own.

I'm sure I'm not alone in wondering how the famous "MMs" manipulate the Market, hold prices down, fill orders for others, let prices rise etc.
How does the regulator (sic) tolerate such biased interference?

A lot of posters on this BB have been shareholders for a long time (myself included) and some are extremely well researched about EUA and its' history and chronology. They write very knowledgably in order to help and inform and that is greatly appreciated. When someone pops up out of the blue and disrespects EUA, its' motives, BOD, intentions etc with an obvious lack of research, I think it's OK that they get short shrift and fairly quickly disappear.
Bankers and M&A specialists who appear and try to inform us as to "how things are done in the real world" are applauded and thanked - quite rightly.
