Depends if you really need the money. A profit is a profit and if you want to de-risk and take out some of your initial outlay - that's good too.
If the fundamentals are good (which they appear to be) and the Directors have skin in the game (which the certainly do) then all you need is patience as the weeks and months flow by.

70p would be absolutely amazing but I feel that it wouldn't quite do justice to our amazing BOD. Anything above £1 would so I have revised my expectation upwards a bit. Glass ceiling at 20p is going to be breached soon I hope. Exciting!

Quite specifically states in the 1July RNS that SevZapNedra will “issue the licence soon”. The licence has already been granted. There must be tactical reasons why there is a delay. Most obvious reason is that 27 days is probably not regarded as a delay anyway and like “shortly”, “soon” is pretty ill defined.
Last massive hurdle surely is the actual issue then 20p will be a distant memory and we can accelerate away to something approaching the sale price.

We seem to have most Financial Market skills represented here and some of the more restrained inputs (not de-rampers - just restrained) are very interesting.
I wonder if there is anyone who was/is a so-called MM?
If so, could you explain how the SP is manipulated, Stop-losses triggered etc etc. It seems to disrupt "normal" operations and the very word "manipulation" seems inappropriate somehow.

The fact that they are still holding speaks volumes about EUA. I think I'd be tempted to take out £3 or 4 million and then see what happens. Truly amazing and well done to you guys.

Why should we differentiate regarding gender? I do my investing with my wife who is much more astute than me on occasions.

If the whole Company is sold, there presumably has to be some form of EGM to allow existing shareholders to vote on the proposed deal.
Q1 Are the shares suspended during this process?
Q2 How long does the voting process normally take?
Q3 As my shares are with HL, how do I physically get my hands on the proceeds?

Can be a valid strategy to sell failing shares at a loss and put the money into a brighter prospect (maybeEUA) thereby recovering losses nicely. Not advice - just an observation.
Don’t “fall in love” with a share. There is one exception to that - of course!!
