Be very careful as a Landlord. Some tenants are experts in the Law regarding their legal rights. Difficult to get a tenant out who doesn't pay rent/trashes the house so be VERY careful who you allow to live in your property. Most are OK but some cause untold stress and pain. We have a few houses and have been to Court 4 times in 2 years. EUA sells for a decent price? All our places will be sold

I'm not sure why people try to predict when an announcement will be made. Almost every attempt is wrong and the NDAs prevent anyone on the BOD from saying something meaningful. Why do people sell? Possibly because they didn't expect this to still be a mystery after all this time and tying up their funds. I sold 78,000 recently because I needed some cash.
We all hope something - anything - will happen soon but who knows? I'm still hoping for a sale price of £1.78 per share but I'll wait as long as it takes to gratefully receive what I'm given. I don't think the price will be £35 per share either!! However…… I've always fancied a Cirrus Vision SF50!!

One thing that keeps spirits up is that you're more likely to 10 bag with EUA from here than you are in the near future with EUA - I hope!!
