We just voted +tive for all resolutions by phoning HL. Their young man couldn't advise how to vote online so we had to put up with some delay but otherwise very simple. GLA Let's hope this massive deal is resolved shortly!!

I agree with Sampson. Nothing is cut and dried yet and we've waited nearly a year for the FSP to be abandoned after all.
I agree that the BOD are heavily invested but nothing is yet defined. For instance - what is a "significant dividend"?? 10p if you have 400 million shares would be very "significant" as a percentage of the SP.
Hopefully - all will be revealed by the AGM and then we can start counting chickens (or TBTTs bears).

With HL you have to anticipate a little. Any share trade normally results in money in your account after 2 days. Sale on Wednesday - in Bank on Friday (assuming you've arranged the withdrawal).

Many thanks for that info Jamie. I just phoned HL too and they did the proxy for myself, my wife, and my daughter in about 5 minutes. Need to do "security" on all 3 accounts but it was delightfully easy.
