Please can you put me down for April 22nd, which is my Birthday. I would be very happy not to win and to see the FSP resolved well before that.

Perhaps we should ask Lams for a list of 'permitted subjects'. It's a bulletin board - if you don't like what you read, use the filter button or go elsewhere! Simple really.

Notwithstanding the lengthy period that this FSP seems to be taking, I think Roger65's position is very familiar. I have quite a large investment here (for me anyway) and sometimes chose to sell a few thousand shares just to improve my cashflow. The FSP started 9 months ago (roughly) and I certainly didn't expect to still be waiting for some clue as to what's going on.
I will be selling some more soon if this goes on as there are School fees etc to pay from somewhere.
Come on EUA!! Let's be having you!! I am basically here until the end. GLA.

We believe that this will come to fruition because UBS and DLA Piper are still there after all this time. I think, at least, there could be an RNS stating that we now have "a Binding Offer" or even "offers". At least that would be interpreted as "progress" whereas, right now, we are drifting along not knowing anything and watching our investment slip slowly towards oblivion. I have been in since 3.5p so I have been very patient and will wait until the end but this lack of any form of communication is frustrating and could be improved.
If we can be told there are "non binding offers" why can't we be told that we now have "binding offer(s)" - unless we actually don't have any. (In which case - what are UBS/DLA doing?? And round and round we go………….
