Welcome back it was down to a covid outbreak amongst passengers and all ports in Carribean having strict protocols re docking. As it was 30 days we took a bit of £7m -£8m assuming 85% capacity.
Positives that's tricky !! Cash generative so can't see any prospect of rights issue dilution. Still think it's undervalued but the time it's taking is excruciatingly painfull

Sustan there 100% needs to be an announcement on funding.
The accounts are now eight weeks late pending the conclusion of funding without that assurance the auditors won't sign it off as a going concern.
I believe covenants are tested on a monthly basis whilst negotiations take place.
My guess is delay is linked to trading not being too bad and banks wanting to see a few more weeks turnover.
The minute funding is comfirmed (or otherwise) we will know and get the accounting date to.

What I like is low shares in issue 280 million.
Would a bidder / suiter pay £200m ? In my opinion yes £150m to clear debt £50m for equity 18p a share.

Eight weeks since this crashed the price.
The most shockingly poor and misleading part of the Sky report was it was suggested bank debt was sold to hedge funds. That was never true.
Debts could sell on debt but backlash would be huge and they act very carefully now. Banks most likely would call in debt after exhausting all options. They would be a preferential creditor get most of it back and avoid an underhand sneaky transaction with a buyer who would screw the company.
My first thought when I saw hedge fund in Sky report was MCLS have no bonds which funds can buy on the open market.
Sky clearly were wrong and reporter should hang his head in shame.

The floor where you can sell shares has been creeping up over the last week. When I started observing it was 2.84p. Today its 3.845p.
Still felling like a buy order from someone in the know about future events trying to establish a significant holding. I'm expecting a holdings rns to tell us more.

Hi Vulture my take is
- PSN pay allmost all profits as dividend.
- Some criticism of this policy as limited investment in future profits .
- PSN can afford this approach as it has £1bn + of cash and super healthy balance sheet.
The risk is futurecprofits fall which make that approach unsustainable. My view is :
- Most of that factored in to current SP and 30% fall since new year. Dividend may fall but SP has allready reflective.
- Interest rates wont exceed 2.5% -3%. Current thinking is inflation is a one off hit on oil electric gas commodities. It will peak and quite rapidly fall. Interest Rates lag inflation.
- Mortgage rates at historical lows even now. The hit to household budgets on utilities is four times bigger than a 0.5% rise in rates for an average mortgage. Consumers will cut utilities first.
- vertical integration will help manage input costs
- cladding exposure limited
- houses still in short supply.
- 50 % of mortgages have some protection re fixing rates. I get they have to renew but if inflation is just a spike then this risk is mitigated.

I see PSN as a safe haven , limited down side risk , dividend could reduce but not materially. I'm in from next week.

The dividend is just a good omen - mistake of course.
Someone knows something on this share floor to sell any amount creeping up all week 3.67 now.

A month ago I genuinely thought this was finished. Not sure when but I do feel this may see 10p again. The number of shares is relatively low and would support it.

Sell price on HL been 3.3586 for over an hour same price as all the buy trades. Feels like large buy order.

Lots of variable Ocean. If you picked the bottom of 1.2p you would be 200% up and have £300 .
This is a gamble but the fact they are trading, recruiting, paying leases and still talking with banks has to be positive. I think another depends on March / April if that's picked up post Omricon the banks might give us a lifeline. I'm more hopefull than I was a month ago

I think a lot of the buys are sells . The 3.2886 which Hargreaves has offered as a sell all day showing here all as buys.

Wokin that 58% pre TO with institutions over 3%.
My perception is institutions have been more likely to participate in TO than private individuals.
If correct the 58% will fall significantly.

If someone has installed a floor on price the inference is they think it's worth more than 3.2886 so im hoping upwards

Yes Beckers 1.25p in Feb 21 down to 0.35 today !!
RRR does move in cycles so a spike on news to 0.6 p is possible but long term trend is always down.

My view is the balance sheet has a key intangible liability missing which the share price is alert to and currently factoring in.
Namely Andrew -
balance sheet category liability
Liability value £2m plus.
Category class intangible negative goodwill.
Seriously I think AB standing down would start the rally we all hope for.

Sell floor rock solid at 3.1272 on H/L not moved a jot.
