We can peice together that funding is all through major PIs and circa £ 3-5m of debt

Without DRC or RRAL coming up with cash soon. We have all the dangers of major PIs asking for there cash a debt to equity swap which will obliterate all of us.

Until he gets DRC or £5m plus for RRAL that risk remains. I would not over extend here.

Well Mikey he said it was imminent in Dec 2022 and has issued 4bn shares in the thirty months since pending receipt.

Its been a long wait and he has been to DRC countless times. Not sure why this is different.

Now a billion shares only buys us 400k as we are so diluted so lets hope so.

To be fair at least they have named the third party so even I can't say this one is tosh.

Presumably Guardian were not prepared to aquire outright so this the best RRR can do.

It at last shows the assets have potential and for a merely 10k Guardian take control.
