Minor detail news but POW premium is 15% on the whole proceeds. In the RNS so minimum £3.3m not your £3.1m. As I say minor.

Under some circumstances you could end up with POW owning 40% of all RRR share expanded to 7bn as RRR can't pay them in anything else.

What a deal by POW swapped 49% of RRAL for 40% of RRR.

Or 9% or RRL for 40% of RRRs world class asset portfolio.
