Helpful knows a subscription has the same practice substance as a placing. It's not like we are paying down debt lenders just managing the risk as RRR are maxed out on overdraft.

Helpful will be familiar with stock holding theory. The bigger the bulk the more optimal it for a quick turn around on sale. The point at which holding cost exceed any loss on sale from waiting is short duration. So it is rather strange they still hold it when being so cash strapped.

The Lithium costs were a past event at the time of the RNS. The 110k was a concurrent / future event.

The only type of person to link them might be the same sort of person who disputes Helpful is an insider.

Spec 11th Dec RNS says ALL cost associated with export of 200 tonnes of Lithium are FULLY PAID.

To be there is no ambiguity.

They have conceded they sourced it from third parties.

It's 150k of fully paid for stock sat there incuring storage costs whilst we issue endless shares for 20k here and 30k there.

Really reasonable question which needs answering IMO.

The definitive answer will be in ALRs accounts and we will have a while to wait especially as RRR don't file on time as the Institute of tax affairs said when putting New Ballarat Gold Corporation on the naughty step for very late filling.

RRR got carried away with the hype IMO. Got caught out on the pictures and this was an exit strategy to save face. Fortunately the skeptics have seen it to many tine before and Bell urgently owes SHs an update. We won't get it which speaks volumes no Lithium just mug punters sucked in. IMO and DYOR

It would and should have been sold rather than have issued shares.

But t can't be sold as it doesn't exist.

It all seems premature to me. News what is your view on RRR being financially distressed and the offer being low ball and opportunistic?
