Spec if it's a placing by my calculation it's 555m to raise 250k.

That means POW have an option to convert stage one loan note. That's another 555m shares.

The stage four payment could be in shares [ that's what the agreement says) so another 555m shares plus 2 to 1 warrants so 177m shares

In the blink of an eye that 7bn shares double what we had at April 24 !!!

Fasicitiouly to hit the 2.8p from the fabled First Equity report we would be a £200m company.

Adjusting for warrants maybe £300m.

All dilutions are bad but this one would make Friday 13th more than unlucky.

News Nike and Helpful are unwilling to present any position that is not sunny side up and are not interested in risk.

Orslega your main risk is a lenders take over debt to equity swap.

Next Friday unless Bell gets some cash we will have to settle on POW.

1 - a supportive lender funding [ what's the strings]

2 - a share issue to pay which opens the floodgates for mega dilution should POW want to instigate share payments for subsequent tranches ( look at the deal terms)

Bells high wire act heaps SHs with risk even at these lovely prices IMO.

Also Orselega those who brought in Jan 23 when report was issued at 0.32p in the hope of bagging to 2.8p have lost 85% of there cash.

Spare a thought for them.

Most of that loss is continued admin and financing costs rather than investment or exploration developments.

Those loosing so much would be very brave to double down.

Let's hope Bells luggage shows up with $7.5m in one of his bags.

Orslega - pleased you mention the increase in shares and take the Lithium out. It shows much more balance than most.

My concern is Bell says all our assets are for sale yet not a sniff of interest ( excepting supposed RRAL offer).

Not sure how you conclude FASO near term production expected soon and it looks like quiet a big operation !!

Silence is deafening. Clever money and I've watched Bell for ten years is its hit a major snag. They never tell SHs bad news and we just move on.

Short term finances are terrible and more shares a distinct possibility.

The market has judged 0.05p a fair price and I think it adequately reflects risk / reward.

Allways been mega leaky.

The few in my experience are allways told first to fill there boots and sell into the rise.

That could have started now but high volume over next few days will be telling.

Let's hope the news is genuinely good and it's not the usual pump and dump.

Going back to November 2015 we had the consolidation of 25:1 and 6.033bn shares became 241m.

At companies house the authorised share capital was 750m shares

Since then, the following authorities have been granted at AGMs.
