A lot of have guessed on this and its not a figure that is routinely updated and published.

Nominal value is 0.01p so 20k = 200million shares etc

Going back to November 2015 we had the consolidation of 25:1 and 6.033bn shares became 241m.

At companies house the authorised share capital was 750m shares

Since then, the following authorities have been granted at AGMs.

For exactness as Dukey says the nominal value of a share is 0.01p which means authority to issue £250,000 = 2.5bn shares.

Through my diligent research on this company, I have posted three time that the current authorised share capital is 7.4bn shares. It’s not published I had to work it through for all our benefits.

2.5bn divided by 7.4bn = 33%

You seem to spend your life nit picking anything I post and even when the truth is straight in front of you continue to conflate and moan.

No doubt you still see the company in that extremely positive light despite being corrected.

For what its worth we will have no financial and operational update now, that information will be reserved for and poured over by the major PI’s who will underwrite the placing. Bell will be jumping through hoops for them, and we will be far from his thoughts.

Remember these major PI also have loans (stupidity by Bell) and can call them in anytime they want.

Dukey - IMO Helpful has known for weeks. That's why he wound the rhetoric down. He's made sure he's got cover for his November CLN.

It's a shame. I think RRR have decent assets but as I have said for years its run by the few for the few.

Bell taking over POW without the cash was idiocy and finished the small holders now. Buts its not about the small guys its the big fish that matter and I'm sure they will see Bell OK.

Existing authority headroom 2.4bn plus GM next month 2.5bn = 4.9bn.

Contingency for hard times 1.4bn.

When we first won the arbitration on DRc we had about 800m shares. Its grown over ten fold on the wait.

He wants the authority. But is saying he won't use it if he gets DRC funds. Very generous of him.

I take this as zero prospect of DRC.

At 0.04p they need to issue PoW 1.2bn shares [ 600m for CLN notes at stage 1 and 600m for the Stage 3 payment allready a moth late].

Say 800m for running costs.

Short term finances were allways dire and he never could afford the PoW deal.

Best home DRC cash is received before GM and then all will be good.

You are right Spec they have 2.4bn headroom. They are in a hole on CLNs and POW IMO and need more.

For sales IPO etc they can announce subject to approval at GM. They would have been shouting from the roof tops ?

We really should be seeing Chairmans letter and forms at the same time. That will reveal all.

No proxy form or Chairmans letter posted yet.

They will make interesting reading.

I'm expecting them to seek further authority to issue shares and possibly even swap CLNs for equity if no cash is received.

The longer the letter proxy form are not posted the bigger the deal this is. All IMO and others will have there own view

RRAL is any bodies guess as to valud but the non payment of PoW is concerning.

There is reward but also risk.

I think the current SP is a fair assessment. Could go bust or horrendous debt for equity swap or could hit 0.15p.

I am on record as saying I will quit posting if it hits 0.2p. Millions of reasons for that conclusion all carefully evidenced. But let's hope it does and what a result for holders.
