The company tied themselves in knots with the Chinese buyer, dubai task force , fake photos and late pivot to buying someone else's Lithium instead of mining there own. I'm not sure I beleive the first exports RNS and I think that was the start of the clear souring of relations with the Nomad.

The excuse of two staff ill on FASO and repeated at the recent interview on DRC [ only one week ls work in a two week stay due to maleria]. 0.037p world record low. Anyone confirm ? Pre consolidation we never went below 0.1p as that was the nominal value.

Consolidation was Nov 15 and our 6.033bn shares became 241m after a 25 to one consolidation.

Andrew has taken those 241m shares and we are now closing on on 10bn.

Typical RRR as the dilution is not 33.32% its closer to 50% but yes they have in the small print shown the workings and you are right.

By my measure existing share authority 7.38m / proposed new authority 2.5bn also comes up with 33% . Pure co-incidence.

I would not wish anyone voting to lose sight of the fact RRR already have 2.4bn of unused authority (even Helpful agreed the evidence) this will increase the unused authority to 4.9bn.

Shareholders are paying a ridiculous price for RRAL and Bell has handled this shockingly .

Dukey its fascinating. Yes PoW in a good position, but three way battle between major PI's who hold loans, PoW and CLN holders.

I still think major PI's will provide funding in exchange for shares (and control). PoW could offer to take shares instead of cash if they were that way inclined and we then have a sort of bidding war for control.

What is beyond doubt IMO is we are in the death thro's for the ordinary shareholder.

Bell allready has the authority to issue 2.4bn shares. If he doesn't get DRC he's saying he needs another 2.5bn to meet commitments.

If approved and you have allready stated you have no issues [ sunny side up optomist] he can issue up to another 4.9bn shares to pay the bills.

He might not but based on past form he will and this will see us through to November [ CLNs POW running costs etc] . Then yet more shares

The irony was the nominal value prior to 2015 was 0.1p a share. He had to do the consolidation as its illegal to issue shares below nominal value. 25 to 1 the consolidation was.

He set the new nominal value at 0.01p to avoid this happening again !! Guess what they are getting close. Andrew Bell could fall in a barrel of nipples and come up sucking his thumb :).

2.5bn is the amount for authorisation 5.0bn is the issued and alloted capital. You are mixing currencies they are two different things and you have the % wrong. 2.5bn divided by 5bn is 50% not 33%.

The allready authorised capital is 7.4bn shares the new authority sort on 10th Oct is 2.5bn. The 33% is the new authority for 2.5bn divided by the existing authority of 7.4bn.

I posted all the working for Nike this morning and the evidence of authorities at GMs back to 2015.

Nike you embarrassed your self by misunderstanding that share authoritys are in notional terms of 0.01p and suggesting it was only 600m shares not 2.5bn.

Indeed Talkinto - Bell has broken this company by over reaching to get full control of RRAL.

The reality is POW have done nothing and now hold all the aces.

Whether RRAL is worth anything I don't have a view. News waxed lyrical about Kilmore and Sunday Creek.

Sadly he will see none of his 0.07p investment increased as the gambler has recklessly thrown away anything the company had by spinning one to many plates and chasing that rainbow.

Even supporters will realise how he gets his nikname of Calamity Bell and the man with the minus touch.

My view is zero chance before GM on 10th October.

It's pretty galling Bell knew about dilution when he did that awful interview. He was caught in a squeeze between the law that says 14 days notice of GM and the delayed requirement to pay POW £250k.

What a gambler financing POW with money he did not have, borrowing from major PI. He's left small timers who got in in 2023 and 2024 on promises of Lithium and Gold up the Creek without a paddle.

Bet he still gets his 10k performance related pay though :)

Major PI want interest paying so another subscription this time not 45m shares at 0.045 but 63m shares at 0.03p.
