Dividend is around 8% and in the recent fundraise bond cost to HBR is 4%. Seems a no brainer albeit a more defensive strategy than the aquisition others are proposing.

I would never knowingly spread disinformation. It's ambitious as to when the 60 day period starts.

Completion was 19th of June and original payment was due 19th August. That's uncontroversial.

I'm assuming the 60 day window was not reset to the revised payment due date of 13th September. You are saying it is.

So unclear if we have to pay by 18th October or 13th November.

I don't think yesterday's RNS clears that up.

Let's hope you are right. Three more weeks for DRC :)

Final day to pay PoW 250k is 19th October.

So expect assuming 0.03p raise :

800m shares including cost to pay POW soon after GM.

Another 700m to raise circa 240k for working capital.

Remember POW can convert there 250k CLN at the placing price ( assumed 0.03p). So a huge drag on the SP and another 800m shares.

18th November HNWI CLNs expire - £562,840 plus interest So say another 1.9bn shares.

19th December next POW payment kicks in !! This one has 1 warrent for every two shares if POW elect.
