Is it right when RRR share holders are asked to vote we get no feedback on the Yes or No vote percentage but instead are told it was passed by a show of hands ?

Last meeting many were not happy with authority to issue 1.5bn shares. In annoucing the result they ignored SHs views and just did a show of hands.

You could not make it up.

Looks like the authority this time is for 2.5bn not 1.5bn. Reckon they copied and pasted the previous years but forgot to change the relevant figures.

Orslega they are a shower could be a misprint and replacement chairmans letter not issued.

Remember they allready have authority for 2.3bn this makes it 3.8bn so to little to late.

Not sure if there is any truth in that ? But let's not forget they have 2.4bn of authority already, so must need a lot of cash.

I make that 13m shares Black has acquired so doubtful he is the "supportive" share holder getting 54.4m shares.

The problem is Black is disclosing his changes the others are clearly not.

I had thought around 1bn of the euro bonds reaches maturity in 2025. Now would be as good a time as any to re finance to pay that.

But it does give them options if a fabulous deal came there way.

I like HBR.

My simple take on the deal is we have gone from 170k per day and limited Reserves and UK based. To three times [ reserves and priduction] and lower cost at a price of $5bn new debt and giving away 47% of the enlarged company. The debt has a relatively long maturity profile and at less than 2%. What's not to like ? This will come good IMO.

We were promised a full update in the week. When that promise was made Bell.must have known this was on the cards ?

He now has the audacity to ask SHs to vote with no update on the finances of the company or anything on the company at all for a resolution on issuing more shares.

AIM is horrible but this company takes the biscuit for poor governance, poor communicational and poor performance. It breaks every record. Bell ensures he has tight control and there is no independent scrutiny by appointing himself both CEO and Chairman. He has to take full responsibility for this mess.

I'm voting no to the resolution and I would strongly reccomend others do.

But remember it doesn't matter anyway we stopped issuing for and against data for the last GM and they were passed on a show of hands !!
