This time last year we had nearly reached the bottom of 186 before rising to over 200 after Xmas, can't see it following suit this year but perhaps it might get back to 186

Hi Dc I don't like it falling but I've had these shares a long time and it will come back. I'm here cos I want to be. If you do sell all as I said don't put it all in one place. KOD interview on Proactive Investors at mo. I've been watching these a long time lot of potential but they are on Aim and do go up and down, Ggp also lot of potential. But if your after divis this is still the share to be in but put them in the bottom drawer and forget about them.

Hi Dc Have you thought about selling all or half your holding here, I know it's gut wrenching and buy something else that can recoop your losses. One I'm looking at today is KOD they nearly top loser down 20% their agm is tomorrow and a resource certificate is due or has been issued. They starting to rise from this mornings low. I would like to get in at around .21 or lower , any profit then sell. Do your own research it's only a suggestion and don't put all your eggs in one basket. ATB

Hi Nige I agree the numbers say we are in a very strong position, but sentiment/ confidence could weaken the company. Any deal with Brexit will not be sorted over night , every company or individual who has dealings with Europe is going to be affected . Some x pats I know are stuck not being able to sale their properties for a high enough price to come back. My niece in Cognac has no intention of coming back and waiting to see what happens. I expect this will be the case for a lot of them. Numbers are not everything, I believe this management is slipping a bit with recent bad news and lack of design quality. You can see the same house design anywhere in the country, no distinctiveness between towns or builders. ATB

Hi Graham Brexit will not be over next March, I've been saying to my friends it's going to take years to unravel, maybe 10 years . This is my main share and pension and I am concerned about a looming down turn and will need to diversify which I have been doing with my other holdings ATB :))

hi Tom That was lucky for me, I top sliced ggp then went to Predator oil, top sliced them got back in to ggp this morning. I haven't been so lucky for ages. Expecting lot of news from ggp next few weeks. Still not sold any here bit too low , though was thinking about it and buying back lower, that too risky for me. ATB :))

Hi Joe, Bigsmoke I've been here 6 years never been in profit. The company itself could do well, but the environment it's in hinders it , government , contracts, and BOD management. I will probably never see a return. Question on whether Solo or Vog is the better company I will hold my breath till the new Bod take over at Solo.

Will the raising of the inflation rate to 60% in Argentina be cheaper for echo for their works programme or will it hinder it?

Hi Troubles At least my week has not been too bad. My Barclays investment account finally been transferred over after 11 months of anguish. And a little share called Predator oil has more than covered my losses here. They involved with a CERP lease in Trinidad hope to get back into GGP with profits before news breaks. Bit of fun on Sou board with list of potential sale prices Have a great weekend :))

Hi Troubles Highlighted in the FT Barclays say the clause they found broke the rules of UK Finance, the umbrella organisation for banks and building society , which states that there must be no provision for forfeiture if a superior tenant becomes insolvent. Tw do not believe they have contravened that rule but was looking to amend its contracts for existing residents but would not say how many were affected. Its at Chobham Manor on the Olympic park. I hope it is only amending the contracts.

I'm bracing myself for another sum put aside for the London leases and maybe a fine if tw have broke legislation on selling a product that can't be sold on. They gone in partnership with a housing association which holds a head lease then issued sub leases. If the partnership goes bust the head lease is revoked leaving the sub leases worthless. Barclays have refused lending on those conditions and referring it to FCA to see if any laws have been broken. When are we going to get any good news. I'm normally quite up beat but I'm starting to lose patience.

Doc Martin's that brings back memories from my scooter days , wrecked mine after having 3 accidents. Next door neighbour specialises in doing scooters up, told me my £100 Li 125 would be worth £4800. I had 32 mirrors and not one bit of glass left. Oh happy days :))

Hi graham I had not looked at the Lloyds board before last week end when strollerB showed me his posts, so I took an interest. I was very surprised of the nasty nature of some of the posters and won't be going there again. What I like about this board is the friendly nature of the debate even though most are suffering big time with the unwanted sp demise. ATB :))

Hi Tom, Nige I've been hovering over the sell button all day, sold my Lloyds and Carrs they both gone x divi. My friend strollerB is keen on Lloyds I'm not too sure they been stuck for ages. Carrs have been good and growing slowly. Keep looking at Tw bit low for me to sell at mo. I putting it into Sound energy I very keen and hopeful , they got no Brexit issues. ATB :))

I've been telling my son family and friends about what's happening here. Might as well be talking to the wall. My son is an accountant and keeps saying there's too many negative figures and I've heard your ramps before, I tell him but this is something else look at what they have bye what they have just found. My bank manager looked at my portfolio and told me to sell all my British income shares and put into dollar income. I don't think he realised I would be selling and putting in here. Well they could be dollar earners. Will the LE event be paid in dollars or £ I don't really mind so long as there's lots of it :))

I hope we don't get another election any time soon, the choice for my vote is somewhat thin at the moment. Think I'll start a new party "vote for none of the above" :))

Hi troubles, Nige One thing that bothers me about the whole Brexit affair is the divisive nature of it all. Right v left, young v old, families split down the middle. I personally wish it had never happened and put up with what we had, but hey ho onwards and upwards
