I'm not confident either but it's not going to be a total disaster.
We've already been told that the Middle Cruse is commercial so that's the first positive.
Secondly a 12" sleeve for nearly 2000', the company wouldn't have done that without good reason, therefore I am expecting oil from the Lower Cruse that amount is what concerns me.
Any amount of oil from the LC will dictate planning for the Middle Cruse and Upper Cruse with separate shallow wells.

I still believe it is a huge asset and anything higher than the P50 recoverable reserves of 11.5m in the LC will be a great result with MC and UC on top.
Working the NAV out on say 15m barrels for all layers at around $20 giving $15 per barrel revenue would make 23p per share.

A reserve of 5m barrels for all layers would make the Nav at 7.2p

A reserve of 1.5m would give a NAV of 1.4p
But doubt if that would be commercial
Nav values don't necessarily mean the sp will get to those values but will indicate if it's under or over valued

My expectations are 5-7m low estimate
15-17m high estimate

The chances are that the CO2 project has been suspended and no oil is being produced. Shutting the well in will preserve or increase the pressures. There's no way oil from Innis will end up at Saffron.
Most wells will probably be shut in at the moment but some wells will be detrimental to shut them in and cause damage to them especially with the sand blockages. These wells will need storage capacity.

Been reading about a company called Kubagen spun off from South Wales University under license.
They found a material that can store hydrogen at low pressures, upto 1000km before refuelling can also be used in a mobile phone days without recharging.
Another use is in dwellings or a group of dwellings could replace LNG.
Take a look at theengineer website and Kubagen site very interesting:))

I hope the presentation on the 27th is a detailed analysis of the company as a whole and not just Saffron, although that is where the focus should be.
Keeping the lights on in these times is imperative but medium and log term goals are also important.
The geological make up of Saffron is important to understand what the SwP has to offer Cerp.
An idea of where and when the 400m target will be revealed, possibly lift the sp.
Progress on Suriname studies would also be good.
I'm waiting anxiously but realise we are in a biblical crisis i.e. We've had the floods, we've had the fires and now the pestilence:(( :(( :((

Having doubled my investment with Ncyt I'm very happy with that, when do I see an exit well not quite yet. Besides the sells figures for the antigen tests there is news on the antibody test to come and also the collaboration with Astra and Glaxo , will they get taken over is the big question.
Life after Ggp will not be the same :))
Hydrogen shares are the future though very happy with ITM in at 20p

Good piece of advice if in doubt do nowt, I sat on my hands all day yesterday, I'm just seeing how things turn out.
In this crisis I feel investing in the Fste100 has been a big disappointment and luckily I found a few gems and hope I've helped a few here.
The big difference for me between this crisis and the last is I'm 12 years older and for people to say they are investing in low Ftse companies now for the long term is not a policy I can adopt.
I'm starting to build my cash slowly as I'm expecting a lot of cash calls from companies with Rights Issues and that's where I made a lot last time.
Alaister Clayton seems a good CEO of Prim he did his PHD in geology on the Paterson district so knows his stuff but can be a bit rampy, I've had these shares for 10 years so I'm not promoting them got stuck after consolidation, holding case I need a loss for capital gains but most of my shares I have moved to ISA so not too worried about that.

I haven't been to Ashton Gate as much as I would like and not since the new stadium was completed. They keep selling their top players and making money so will never get anywhere.
Bury was a very sad story can't understand why the other 91 didn't help out.

One of the contractors hasn't sold many, I can't remember the name but they came from the Steel drum acquisition.

I've put last week behind me and gone back to basics.
I'm only looking at Saffron
Looking on the presentation blue and red map you can see they have placed Saffron in the centre of the P90 contour.
What does P90 mean, if you look on the chart it says P90= 153m of reserves this means that 10% is at or above this estimate , which is approx 15.3m of reserves
Assuming 10% is recoverable =1,530,000 barrels
WTI is fluctuating 18-28 dollars so I'm going to assume $20 after taxes etc
AT $20x 200bopd =$4,000pd or $1,460,000 per annum
A 10 year license =420bopd or 2 wells
This is then an asset over a 10 year lifespan, 1.53m barrels recoverable $30,600,000- $9.5m liabilities divided by 900m shares = £0.023 per share NAV.

Let's hope the Lower Cruse flows!

This is only the P90 asset and doesn't include the other 90% or any EOR or the Middle Cruse

Germany had Roche who are into the testing side and the government had the foresight after the SARS epidemic to go down the testing route so in that respect they were very prepared as emergency planning goes. Our huge medical industry were not into testing they're into drug and cures,
As cures goes Gilead of the US seems to have got one with the drug Remdesivir which was produced after the Ebola outbreak, the NHS are trialling it on seriously ill patients and having some success. Hopefully the very sad death toll will start to fall sharply in the next week.
Sadly it took my football hero Norman Hunter saw him many times at Ashton Gate , one of the greats of Bristol City.

As far as the shares go keep top slicing on any rises, I've a feeling some will fall by the wayside, I sold my Ygen as they will rise and fall with Ncyt, Odx I top sliced and will probably exit this week.
Genedrive had a phenomenal rise and I bought and sold quick.
Still not sure about Acvt all they had a good rise
Ncyt got loads of leg room for buying and selling but that board is not good although there are some knowledgeable posters.
