Ggp has 30% of 1.6m oz of reserves = 480,000 oz
4.2bn shares will be in issue
This makes having 8,750 shares to each oz
That’s a cost $2174 per oz with the shares at 18p

Including the copper
Gold equiv 2.061m oz
6790 shares buys 1oz or cost of $1679 per oz

11m oz as broker estimates
1281 shares per oz =costs of $313.27 per oz

20m oz resource
700 shares @18p = $126 per oz
700 shares @50p = $479 per oz
700 shares @100p = $781 per oz

Conclusion
Right at this moment with what Ggp have it’s break even
Any increase in reserves likely in next few months Ggp is the better option

I need to send them an email not long got back from the Stag do.
The West Decline is where I expected it as I have said in my podcast tour.
The Eastern Decline has confused me , I expected it to be on the outside not inside the breccia or just over it.
Would be complicated to stope and infill with it in that position and remove all the breccia in that zone.
I was expecting stoping at the top and then 350m deep sub level cave.
If they are infill pasting, the breccia grades will be weakened if sub level caving is used, it has to come out with stoping unless they are pasting with the breccia but that seems a bit wrong to me

The question of whether they will remove the crackle seems to me to be a conundrum with the mining plan issued with the PFS.
They have shown the stoping tunnels on the plan, on the reserves tables the are saying 0.6m tons of inferred have been included with the indicated. This is sulphides that haven’t been included in the Indicated. There also 34+m tons of surrounding breccia which is a mixture of the 3 breccia types.
Going back to the plan the Western Decline is the first ore to come out, each stoping tunnel has to go through 10m of breccia.
On the Eastern Decline it’s fully in the breccia there’s loads coming out from there.
I just can’t see them not sending this ore to the mill.

The provisional plan to me is a mystery how they will remove all this breccia as the Dyke is not vertical it slopes to the SE making it look unlikely sub level caving will be suitable it would have needed to slope the other way for it to drop .
The breccia removal looks as though it’s not planned to be removed at this early stage with the ED running through it.
Think this plan is all going to change big time at FS.

The PFS cut off we are told was February 2021.
The last drill results for the PFS was 28 Jan.
Mid March drill results had a lot of infilling to the SE breccia.
The PFS can only include drill density in accord with the regulations.
This maybe the reason the MRE update could be February 22, gives them a chance to upgrade the Indicated.
The breccia volume around the sulphides remember contains 37m tons, so a lot of this hopefully will be included

I’m appalled at some of the attacks on respected posters today.
The one on Hydrogen was uncalled for.
I could see what he was trying to do, if you couldn’t see that you must be really naive.
He’s done more for this Board and the Telegram group than anyone else I can think of, especially when he took on the GDXJ.

It’s very difficult to know what’s going to be included.
Before the PFS the top 350m had been infilled and then stopped presumably completed but it’s obvious now the inferred breccia adjacent the sulphides hadn’t been completed enough to have any confidence of its size or nature to be included.

My feelings for the next MRE would be an increase of the Indicated of around 10% but the Inferred is a wild card with 8 months or more of infill drilling and new zones opening up, so could be upto the brokers 11-12m oz

The indicated reserves are 14m tons so that’s about 1.5%

You incorrect with your assumptions.
The highest grades are below the Indicated reserves.
The indicated reserves cut off was February 21 therefore the infill drilling which saw increases in both volume and grades of the sulphides are not included in these reserves
Also 342m @2g/t in the Eastern Breccia has the potential to add even more value to the ore body

Do not listen to the doom merchants this morning.
Under Canadian rules they are not allowed to include inferred resources in a PFS.
The February cut off will not include much of the sulphide expansion volumes and increase in grades.
The PFS does not include hardly any breccia surrounding the sulphides which make up most of the inferred.
The mining plan is a stoping plan down to 600m of ore, when the infill drilling is included the indicated reserves will rise , some of this will be in December.
The mining plan will change to sub level caving enabling far more production.
Increase production will give free cash flows of $3bn

This is a Starter mine it contains only 28% of the MRE from December, it’s tiny.
Remember the Inferred resource is only about 7-8% of total size and now the Indicated is about 2%.

This is massive, don’t be fooled by people who want you to lose money

It looks like they have picked the best bits to pick out first, then back fill and eventually drop the lot with bulk mining.
In 2020 I calculated the sulphides were around the 1.6m oz so there should be no surprises there.
The thing that surprises me is they haven’t included any or little of the breccia in the SE crescent where the bulk of the tonnage is. This will be or has been the focus of infill drilling to enable the indicated reserves to grow.
Initially then we have 14m tons of ore on which the Decision to mine will focus but plenty of upside to increase this tonnage .

I’m not a one for share price predicting all I’m interested in is the potential for growth as this is the main share price mover.
Havieron itself is the main growth story , who would have thought 3 years ago that it would be this big today.
The sp certainly hasn’t been keeping up with the drilling programme it always seems to be 6-9 months behind
I don’t believe the market has taken in what the Eastern breccia has to offer it could be a tier 1 on it’s own. I mean 342m @2g/t is way more than Rick Rule says is needed to be of value.
18 months ago the talk here was will it reach 7m and 500m tons and I think the sp is still stuck around that zone, well in reality it’s possibly more than double those figures.
In 12 months time the whole scenario will have changed and Havieron will still be giving.

If you have listened to my tour :)) then standing at the end of the Decline looking towards the ore there is about 10m of concreted breccia between there and the sulphide were after. This sulphide pocket looks around 75mx75x100m so at 3 specific gravity is around 1.7mtons @4.1 this increases to 2.3m tons.
They won’t stop there though , there are further high grade breccia behind it and also further high grade sulphide pockets to the left and right.
The Decline is only capable of removing 2m tons according to Hannams so on that 2m ton extraction the grades are very important
5g/t = 370,000 oz gold for 4.1sg
6g/t = 445,000 oz
7g/t = 520,000oz
8g/t = 593,000 oz
The latest drills found 11 g/t = 815,000 oz
