With Artemis they took a big punt and grabbed whatever they could as soon as Had01 was announced. They took a punt.
I think their Paterson dream rests on Apollo, all the evidence at the moment looks compelling and just about to start drilling.
Be a bit of a blow if they don’t find anything but I’m not expecting that to happen.

As far as Antipa goes I’ve not followed the joint ventures to any great detail but I’ve not seen anything of interest.
Minyari is interesting I’m still trying to make up my mind if what they have is economic. The sections show it being very bitty .

There is hardly any assets showing on the accounts at the moment.
When the inferred is upgraded to Indicated this will be added to the assets
But what % will be added
At the moment we still have 60%
When the PFS is issued 20% will be signed over to NCM, so our % goes down to 40%
A further 10% will be issued to NCM upto the issue of the FS
Unless some agreement is reached before hand we will have a 40% asset on our books until the FS

For me the key to the PFS is how many tons per annum can come out of that Decline.
The Brokers have said 2m tons, Sandeep has said he wants to see 6m tons per annum, how will they achieve that?
2m tons won’t happen straight away, as soon as they get to the ore, sample loads will be removed and increase in time. About 18 months from first ore to sub level caving.
Initial sulphides to be removed 75x75x100m
That’s around 2.3m ton
370k oz
14,000t copper
That’s about $172m of revenue for Ggp in the first 18 months or $10m per month

Just think if Sandeep gets to his 6m tons per annum

It’s around 2,750m to the ore. It’s a 1:7 gradient which is around 143m depth per 1m horizontal length.
Approximately 330m length till we hit the top of the rock from the Portal
C600m till it gets to the escapeway, then 700-750 till it gets to the vent position.
The spiral starts c1000m and finishes at about 2000m into the lower tillite aquifer
Leaving a further 750m to the ore.
I’m expecting a further 700m to get down 100m vertically to enable the sample ore to be removed, this should be part of the PFS.
This would enable that large thickening of sulphides to be removed first, it’s around 75m wide x 75m high and 100m long and over 5g/t and 0.6% copper.
Loads of revenue from that

Havieron:-
A multi speed development of a major mine, a joint venture with a global mining company. A leading expert in underground bulk caving.
Gold resources could range eventually to between 12-28m oz plus major copper resources and also large credits from other minerals reducing AISC costs like cobalt resources.
PFS could be issued any day now, a major milestone.
3 new targets surrounding the Havieron ore body.
8-9 drills still working 24/7 to define the extent of the ore body
The Decline a few weeks ago had progressed 129m through soft rock, so needing support work . Rock expected around 330m then large roadheader due after that.

If you have listened to my tour :)) then standing at the end of the Decline looking towards the ore there is about 10m of concreted breccia between there and the sulphide were after. This sulphide pocket looks around 75mx75x75 so at 3 specific gravity is around 1m tons @4.1 this increases to 1.6m tons.
They won’t stop there though there are further high grade breccia behind it and also further high grade sulphide pockets to the left and right.
The Decline is only capable of removing 2m tons according to Hannams so on that 2m ton extraction the grades are very important
5g/t = 321,000 oz gold
6g/t = 386,000 oz
7g/t = 450,000 oz
8g/t = 514,000 oz
The latest drills found 11 g/t = 707,000 oz

The Mining part of this Study is only going to give us an initial start on the project.
What might this contain?
They will certainly be extracting from that zone to the west of the Dyke at the of the Decline.
Indications are the Decline will end at the ore face just below the top of ore.
I would expect sample loads to come from here.
What else could be in the PFS?
This initial zone is approximately 100m deep to get to this the Decline will need to go down another 700m .
This is what I believe will be in the PFS maybe there will be a hint of what to expect with the sub level cave but I feel that will come with the FS.

It’s been suggested that the FS will come next Spring,
That’s indicating to me the FS may not contain the lower bulk caving project.
It’s going to be on the sub level caving project of the Indicated Resource ie the SE crescent top 350m and maybe some indications of future works.
The Bankable decision to mine should include works to prove up a NPV value for at least 10 years

This is going to be an on going project of Decision making, a very complicated project to mine with 3 or 4 different mining processes.

My friend has met someone working on providing transformers for ITM in the Shetland.

It’s world class
It has a “ beautiful vertical ore body”
It’s Unique

Monty listen a bit further and it become clearer.
I’m more than happy if this PFS takes longer, if this was a simple ore body it would have been out already.
It maybe a “beautiful vertical ore body” but it’s certainly going to be a complicated mining operation and therefore could delay the PFS.
The number of new high grade zones within the Northern breccia , northern crescent and underneath the SE crescent will certainly propel the quantities in the December inferred.
There’s a pocket in the Northern crescent that could contain 1m oz , that 89m @ 11g/t is just fantastic these should all be included.

Simple answer is to clear your mind of the last Inferred MRE this is a much smaller volume coming in the PFS.
It’s only based on the top 350m of the SE crescent and adjacent breccia.
Although the volume is lower the sulphides zone within have increased found by the infill drilling.
Far more shells/cubes will be included within this zone.
The grades are higher than the Inferred.
Although the breccia volume has decreased due to the sulphides increasing their grades are higher and more within the zone will be included.
I worked out that the Indicated numbers should be roughly the same as the Inferred or slightly more.

Most of the growth drilling lower down will be included in the Inferred in December but I’m not sure about the deep zones of the Eastern and Northern breccia there’s not enough drilling at the moment

The largest dump truck in the world a Belaz 75710 can carry upto 496 tons
The next size down carries 490 ton Caterpillar 797F

A Belaz would take 447,000 loads to remove the cover not that they’re likely to

I was just pondering how much cover would have to be removed to get to the top of ore

= 221,760,000 tons
Sandvik 663 can carry 63 metric ton
= 3,520,000 loads

Comparing that with the top of the ore body first level 350m deep you can see there is an awful lot of ore to come out 2,933,000 loads
